Magical property with stunning views

We absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor living during our stay. Very comfortable living and bedrooms spaces, and stunning views from the comfy pool chairs. The pics are accurate, the space is very inviting, and the main problem is it's very hard to motivate to leave and explore the area! It is on a rather steep hill but it is possible to walk down to town/beach and back up - just definitely easier to drive.

Amazing week!

Eric and Valerie's house is even more beautiful in reality than on the pictures. The location is great, just on the hills of le Bourg des Anses d'Arlet - perfect place for snorkeling and turtle watching. The view from the house is mind-blowing. The house is fully equiped and if you have any issue Eric and Laurent are very responsive. I definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and resting holiday! Thank you very much ! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful French West Indies experience

The home is just as it appears in the pictures; an ideal Caribbean vacation getaway. Comfortable indoor-outdoor living with a great view of Les Anses-d'Arlet below. Solid neighborhood. Good privacy. Two very good restaurants close by, L'Oasis and L'escale. Communications with owners/manager were not especially good (we had to find the home ourselves w/Googlemaps and vrbo photos), partly we suppose due to language and partly due to 'island time'. :) But all in all it was great and we do recommend it.

Sublime!

From the moment we arrived we were enthralled with the view of Anses de Arle’ below us and the mountains around us. The open living areas of the veranda around the pool, eating area, living room and kitchen area are so inviting we spent most of our time in these areas when home. The Kitchen is amply supplied with glasses, dishes, posts, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, spices. Our only lack was measuring spoons and cups. While there was only one wine glass, the host was bringing some in as we left after we inquired about that. The entire villa and veranda are professionally decorated. It looks like a house in a magazine. The furniture is comfortable. The person sleeping on the main floor found the bed too hard. The villa is located near beaches and restaurants within a short drive. Our only real problem was an invasion of cockroaches. Spray should be provided. Giselle introduced us to the villa and made our first dinner. She was friendly, helpful and cooperative with any requests. Our French speaking-friends communicated with her; it could have difficult without them. Perhaps Google Translate would have smoothed the way. A set of printed instructions in English would be helpful. The main level bedroom could benefit from mosquito netting since the sliders open to shrubs and a partial view. Bottom Line: Our friends loved it to the extent they inquired about an extended rental the future!!

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines Ă  3 couples oĂč chacun avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain. La villa est dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t, tout est de qualitĂ©, les meubles, l’électromĂ©nager, la vaisselle est en quantitĂ© suffisante. La terrasse et la piscine sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables Ă  vivre avec une vue Ă  couper le souffle. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Nous avons passĂ© un merveilleux sĂ©jour dans la villa Indiana. Tout y est absolument magique: l'allĂ©e bordĂ©e de fleurs tropicales, la terrasse et la piscine avec leur vue incroyable et le dĂ©cor de belles fleurs jaunes et de palmes qui dĂ©bordent du muret, sans parler de l'intĂ©rieur oĂč tout est si beau... Et s'il Ă©tait encore besoin d'une touche de magie, c'est celle apportĂ©e par le bruissement de la forĂȘt tropicale qu'on peut Ă©couter depuis le hamac une fois la nuit tombĂ©e. Vivement un prochain sĂ©jour car celui-ci s'est avĂ©rĂ© bien trop court!

Die Villa, die Lage, der Empfang - ein Traum. Das Haus liegt an einem Hang oberhalb von Les Anses-d’Arlet an der WestkĂŒste von Martinique mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Wohnbereich und die KĂŒche gehen nahtlos zur ĂŒberdachten Terrasse und dem Natursteinpool ĂŒber. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig.

La villa est trÚs belle... La décoration est raffinée et judicieusement choisie. Que dire de la terrasse sinon que la disposition est parfaite pour admirer le coucher de soleil et pour profiter de la piscine en pierres naturelles ... La villa dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour le séjour... L'accÚs à la villa est trÚs pentu, nécessite de bons mollets mais surtout une voiture ... Merci à Laurent pour son accueil... Ce séjour dans cette villa est à recommander ...

un havre de paix avec vue

villa magnifique, avec une vue a couper le souffle. 3 belles chambres joliment dĂ©corĂ©es avec leur propre sale de bain. on a apprĂ©cier vivre sur la terrasse piscine en pierre au top avec vue mer on a apprĂ©cier les Ă©quipements Ă©lectromĂ©nager notamment la machine Ă  laver et le sĂšche linge qui nous a permis de nous allĂ©ger les valises et permis de laver nos draps et serviettes plusieurs fois pendant le sĂ©jour. villa pas Ă©vidente Ă  trouver car pas de numĂ©ro de rue mais Laurent Ă  su nous expliquer au tĂ©lĂ©phone comment la trouvĂ©. attention la villa est situĂ©e sur les hauteurs avec pente trĂšs trĂšs raide mĂȘme pour la voiture donc voiture indispensable pour le sĂ©jour. Au centre ville on retrouve des superettes, un petit marchĂ© de fruits et lĂ©gumes et souvenirs/Ă©pices, une boulangerie, quelques restaurants/snacks, pharmacie, la poste ainsi qu'un kiosque avec poisson frais Ă  vendre dĂšs le retour de pĂȘche. un grand merci Ă  Laurent pour son accueil et sa disponibilitĂ©. seul tout petit "bĂ©mol" lorsque le beau temps n'est pas au rdv, un peu de mal Ă  obtenir de l'eau chaude car ballon solaire. nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour passer d'excellentes vacances

Superbe villa avec vue Ă©poustouflante

TrĂšs bel endroit bien entretenu. La villa est superbe, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et il ne manque rien. Elle se mĂ©rite par contre car son accĂšs est trĂšs escarpĂ©. Et c’est ce qui donne la vue spectaculaire sur le village et la plage des Anses-d’Arlet. Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour et nous y retournerions demain, sans hĂ©siter! Un seul mot : fabuleux

La villa était au-delà de nos espérances. La vue est magnifique l'emplacement trÚs calme. L'aménagement de la maison était parfait. Rien n'y manquait.
