In the heart of the village of Moliets, in the Landes, pleasant house on a beautiful closed and raised ground with swimming pool. The bike path is close and the beach just 3 km away. This house is waiting for you to spend a nice holiday.
It includes: entrance, kitchen with gas hob 4 burners, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer, electric oven, coffee maker; living room (sofa, television) and dining room, bathroom with bidet, shower, and double sink, separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90*190. Washing machine in the garage. WIFI. Capacity: 4 people - Bed linen and towels provided.
A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (extra 130€).
