This was a fine property on the beach in an area where that is premium. The furnishings were dated. Kitchen was well stocked with utencils/etc. The ac was good. View was wonderful. Private beach is a great plus.Bathroom was adequete and the laundry unit was nice. The door locks were very difficult to work.

Nice location, place needs some attention.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo looked like it had a quick clean up so it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. The furniture on the patio was dirty.The floors were sticky and the bed was very uncomfortable. The front door was difficult to operate and the fob didn’t work for the ocean gate. The location was great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location and view was fabulous. However, the furnishings and condo need updating. They are not as shown in the pics. There was an ugly, stretchy slipcover on the sofa. The patio furniture needs cleaning or replacing. The bedroom had an ugly curtain turned backwards so the lining is what you see. Kitchen cabinet paint does not match. There are scuffs on the wall as you enter the property. Vacation management was great to work with.

Our stay was great. The property is off the main road and away from the chaos. Love the ocean views and great private beach area. The kitchen could use some additional cooking supplies, such as additional cups, plates, and a bread knife, but otherwise such a lovely experience.

Beautiful view and perfect location for us. Unobstructed view of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. We watched the wildlife and enjoyed opportunities to go to and from our condo/beach. Perfect for 2 ppl. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen service also good for 2ppl. No table. You eat at the breakfast bar. Would go back if just us two, not more. Very nicely kept and perfect for a quick deep dive into beach beauty coming from busy city life. Thank you.
