Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy rental booking, check-in, and check-out. Great location and beach amenities. We have rented all over 30A and we understand the difficulties of maintaining a renal unit as such. That said, the master bedroom shower door was not usable on one side and the other shower had mold on the curtain. The whole unit was clean but had a closed up oder funk that we needed to mask with a lit candle. We had great relaxing stay and thank you for allowing us to use 504.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at Beachcrest a number of times, but this condo was not up to standards I have experienced in the past. Unit needed a good cleaning. Shower door did not work properly, cold water faucet loose, toilet seat should be replaced.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at Beachcrest. We love that it is right on the gulf and has complimentary umbrella and chairs set up on the beach. Our unit however needs some TLC. The master shower doors aren't working properly and we had trouble with our keypad on the front door. Our biggest disappointment was when our A/C stopped working on our last night. We called it into the after hours number but never got a call until the next morning. And that call was as we were leaving and only asking if our issue had been resolved. At that time I asked to speak with a property manager and was told they would reach out via email. At this time, I have yet to talk to anyone. I've never had any problems our previous stays at Beachcrest but I am not sure if I will be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy the stay but the condo was not up to Benchmark standards. My parents, Michael and Linda Bryant have leased from Benchmark (Garrett Realty) for years. This condo fell short of the standards to which we are accustomed. Vents were filthy, paint was dirty and/or missing. Many plugs through out the house did not have enough tension to hold the prongs, the kitchen was pitifully stocked. The overall condition just felt dirty.
