Both bathrooms offer spacious modern vanities, granite countertops and walk-in shower in master bath and shower/tub combo in guest bath. Both bedrooms offer king beds.

BeachCrest 1203 is located close to some of the finest restaurants, gift shops, galleries and boutiques. A hiking and biking trail is just steps from your door, with several bike rentals nearby. Your perfect vacation awaits you!

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Beach Crest Spring Break

We loved the convenience to the beach and the reserved seating on the private beach access! We also loved being on the 12th floor for the full ocean and beach view. We were also very impressed with how clean the unit was all the way down to dishes and appliances. We will be back!

Great location with private beach access

Condo was clean and the view is breathtaking!! Clean beaches with beach set up and sunsets was great!! Location is perfect to get on either end of 30A. We loved our vacation here and will definitely be back!!

Amazing beach and balcony

It was such a great location with amazing view of the beach and easy access to both the pool and the beach. Credits were included with the stay for bike rental ( other options were available, too). restaurants and shopping were very close by and excellent. We absolutely loved it!!

Girls week

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and beautiful. The only thing we weren't happy with was the bed in the guest bedroom. It was very uncomfortable. We traded sleeping in the guestroom and we both didnt get a good night sleep on that mattress. Everything else was really nice.

The beach has powder white sand and the water was crystal clear. Cannot comment on the pool, because we did not use it! Communications were excellent, parking passes were located in the unit along with other information. They could not have made check-in or check-out any easier.

We thought it would not be because the combo lock to the door of the condo was not working and we had to use keys, the spare key was difficult to obtain from the front office. The elevator has always been like a sauna, so expect an uncomfortable ride.

Used our allowance for bike rentals and the lock code was wrong but we were able to get that fixed quickly.The only thing I think that could have been done was the shower liner needs to be replaced due to mildew on it. It was just small spots but everything else

Great Place, Bad Customer Service

However, over time, it seems the management company has gained a negative approach to customer service. Contract breach, bad communication, poor maintenance processes. The only person who was at all helpful was Ashley. I may come back, but it will be through VRBO or another site other than Benchmark.

Labor Day Week Vacation

Reviewer Comments: The Codo was clean and well equipped,but the first two(2)days, Saturday ,(9/2/2023) and Sunday, (9/3/2023) were a nightmare as our doorcode was not correct and ,of course, it being a Holiday weekend, I called Management and the answering service connected me to an agent who was not helpful at all, as she kept telling me that I was not putting in the code correctly.Fortunately, on Sunday , the next agent I talked to was phenomenal and she sent over someone to assist me. He had to fix it and stated the door code was not working properly and took out the lock and performed whatever needed to be done so that I could enter and leave the condo without worrying whether or not I could gain access upon our return. I have the Agents name who refused to listen to me because she blamed it on human error when it was indeed a malfunction. Quite frustrating and needless to say, greatly diminished our stay for two days. If you care to know, I would greatly appreciate a telephone call from someone in a position of authority. With the exception of the first two days, the rest of the week was very pleasant and enjoyable. I paid for a week, but in actuality, only enjoyed the last 5 days.Extremely disappointing and it would be nice to hear back from management to adress the issues we had.

Beach Crest Penthouse Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part we had a very good week. We thought it would not be because the combo lock to the door of the condo was not working and we had to use keys, the spare key was difficult to obtain from the front office. The elevator has always been like a sauna, so expect an uncomfortable ride.
