Modern Gulf Front Townhome, Seacrest Beach + Free Attraction Tickets!
This is a Gulf Front, Private Beach Access directly in front of Blue 9 has a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse. On the 2nd floor is the Gulf-front master king bedroom with 42" smart TV, cable, and private balcony to enjoy the panoramic views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Also on the 2nd floor is a guest king bedroom with private bath.
The 1st floor bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk and queen. This room has a 40'' Smart TV to rent movies via Netflix (no cable). You can go directly from the back door to the beach. This townhouse has a covered patio for your enjoyment, with an additional wood patio that runs the length of the property.
Located in the tranquil community of Seacrest Beach, Blue 9 is a small complex that sits right on the Gulf of Mexico. The private beach access directly out your back door offers your family a truly special vacation getaway. This fully private beach is just for Blue 9 and its 9 townhomes and offers so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a beach day. You’re still close to great shopping and restaurants, easily accessed by bike or car. The 19-mile bike path that follows all of 30A runs right in front of the property.

Looking to stay for the winter - Blue Nine 2 is perfect for snowbirds! We'd love to have you and there's no better place to escape to than the beach when temperatures start to drop. Where else can you trade in the snow for sand? Give us a call if you’re interested in booking this over the winter months.
Your stay at Blue Nine 2 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
