Unlike the typical larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Ocean Villa is only 125 units, allowing its 200 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos.

Ocean Villa resort features include a pool deck sporting two pools (an indoor/outdoor seasonally heated pool and an additional outdoor pool), hot tub, Pergola-covered barbecue grills (2) and picnic area, and upscale pool furniture.

In addition, a sauna, steam room, and oceanfront fitness center, with view overlooking the pools and beach and well-equipped with exercise equipment, are available for use by our Ocean Villa guests.

Three high-speed elevators allow easy access to the covered parking garage on the two lower levels, as well as third-floor access to a covered walkway connected to an additional covered parking garage across the street.
