Renovated 20m2 studio full of charm in the city center (Gambetta / Dante) 5 minutes from the beach and Négresco, 2 minutes from the Alsace-Lorraine tramway (direct to Old Port & Airport), in a quiet and shopping area.
When you arrive, blow around a good rosé from Provence that I am pleased to offer you.
The bright studio is on the 5th floor with balcony on a quiet courtyard, very well equipped:
- air conditioner,
- WIRELESS
- Italian sofa bed for daily sleeping,
- TV
- kitchen equipped with:
o microwave,
o coffee /
o toaster
 o robot
- washing machine / dryer,
- vacuum
- ironing board,
- hair dryer,
- Beach umbrella…
Non-smoking studio in good standing building with elevator.

The rental includes:
- linen (sheets and towels)
- coffee / tea, welcome chocolate
- the necessary for dinner in case of late arrival
- the welcome drink..with a rosé from Provence from a winemaker that I appreciate.
