Chill on the Hill is a private getaway paradise in the heart of Northern Arizona's wine country. Located in beautiful Page Springs -- just a 20 minute drive from the world famous Sedona Red Rocks. There are 4 wineries just minutes from the house. Chill on the Hill is currently featured as one of the top Sedona area vacation homes featured on Season 3 of the hit TV show Staycation by the Destination Channel. The luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom adobe style home provides 2,180 square feet of indoor space and 2,000 square feet of outdoor space. Chill on the Hill can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Dog-friendly too. See House Rules for details.

2026 RATES & MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

Rates vary based upon the time of the year. There is a 3 night minimum stay and 4 night minimum stay during holiday periods. The cleaning fee is $250 and the pet fee is $100.

2026 POOL SEASON & NEW COLD PLUNGE

While you can enjoy the Chill Pad year around, the pool is heated seasonally by a passive solar system. The pool is warm enough for swimming from early May to mid-October. For the warm summer months, we also have a cold plunge on the lower deck our guests can use.

ABOUT CHILL ON THE HILL

Chill on the Hill isn't your typical vacation rental. It's a luxury home with all the extra guest amenities you'd expect from a 5 star resort. Relax, chill and unwind in a beautiful, private home situated on over 2.5 acres.

Highlights of the property include the Chill Pad which includes a large resort style pool, The Bubble Bar (with a full size bar and four bar stools), a two-person hammock, dining and seating for six as well as amazing desert and green belt and pasture views. Stargazing from the pool at night is a must due to the dark skies. There is also a large 6 person hot tub on the lower deck. It's perfect for soaking on chilly nights after a long day of exploring all that Sedona has to offer. Be sure to make a fresh batch of popcorn from the popcorn machine located in the breakfast nook.

Taking advantage of my extensive experience in the hospitality industry, I've designed Chill on the Hill to be a 5-star experience for my guests. If you are looking for an inviting and relaxing private retreat in a beautiful surrounding, this is the place. If you are looking for a party house, this is not the place.

The interior of the house underwent a complete update after we purchased the property. We have spent over $1 million updating the home; both inside and out. All furniture and furnishings were purchased new and the Chill Pad was finished in July 2021.

We provide everything you need for a wonderful stay including comfortable beds and linens, cozy robes, warm blankets, fluffy towels and so much more. If you love to cook you will certainly enjoy the expansive Chef’s Kitchen. We've created a special place for you to totally relax. We also provide Bliss bath products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Yoga mats, a treadmill and free weights are also available for use during your stay.

We are in the heart of Page Springs wine country. We are 5 minutes from DA Ranch Estate and Vineyard, Page Springs Cellars, Oak Creek Winery and Javelina Leap. Take a bath in our oversized soaking tub while enjoying views of our neighbor's vineyard.

If you want to go hiking, there are some beautiful trails by Oak Creek, also just minutes from the house. Download the AllTrails app to see available trails in the area. Many wineries, hiking spots and local attractions are dog friendly so you don't need to leave you furry friend at home.

We want to make your stay memorable. Want a massage therapist, yoga instructor, bartender or private chef to come to the house? Need a dog sitter? Want to go on a private horseback ride or rafting trip? How about enjoying a catered meal down by the pool. Or enjoy a private wine tasting featuring some of the best local Arizona wine. The maximum number of guests permitted is 6 and parties and events are never allowed. There is a 3 night minimum stay. Holiday periods may require longer stays.

You must review and agree to abide by the House Rules when booking. Our goal is to be very clear with our guests up front--therefore avoiding any issues. Please message us if you have any questions prior to booking. Violations of House Rules are subject to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.


WELL BEHAVED DOGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!

Up to two trained dogs 18 months or older are welcome to chill out with you. There is a $100 pet fee (per stay). The pet fee includes use of food bowls and an automatic water fountain.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for any damage to the property or its furnishings. All dogs must be on flea medication prior to arrival. Evidence of fleas upon departure will result in a minimum charge of $500. Thank you for keeping Chill on the Hill dog friendly.

Self check-in is available. You will be assigned a code for the keypad on the front door. The access code will be provided to you upon arrival. There are no keys.

You will also be provided with our contact information in the event you need to reach on of us during your stay. We have another property 8 minutes from the Chill on the Hill where we reside. We value your privacy and will not bother you during your stay provided the House Rules are followed.

There is a House Manual that provides detailed information. It should answer any questions you may have.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

You may notice maintenance team members during your stay. They maintain the property and know to respect your privacy. Here is the current schedule which is subject to change. Please reach out prior to booking if you have any questions.

Landscapers and gardeners come every other Monday usually early in the afternoon.

The pool and hot tub are serviced every Friday, usually in the morning.

Trash cans are put out Wednesday afternoon for pick-up early Thursday morning.

The massage chair is not working, we are waiting on a part which is currently backordered.

A car is recommended.

The garage, both sheds, entrance closet, guest bathroom closet and cabinets in the laundry room are locked and not available for guest use.

Local regulations may not allow wood burning fires during certain months.
