SO FUN!

We went on a girls trip and this was the PERFECT property! So close to the beach and less than a mile from Siesta Village! The location was amazing! The house was beautiful, clean, and came with everything we needed for the beach! And the hosts were very kind and helpful! Zero complaints!

Six swim girlfriends made the trip, this was a perfect house and location…. clean, easy walk to beach across the street, easy walk to the Village . We had a great time and would definitely return.

Cool little beach house. Right in the middle of paradise. Keeps you 1 mile from "downtown" And steps from the beach. Very helpful when carrying beach gear for 5! Great for the price. Would stay again...

The property is located across the street from the beach access point which is very convenient. The space was ample for the six of us to sleep, eat and hang out. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable time.

Great location

The property is directly across the street from Siesta Public Beach. The owner Balasz was available and accommodating when needed. I would suggest getting an extra propane tank for the grill in case it runs out as it did with us.

Great place

Stayed here the weekend of Memorial Day with some friends as we were celebrating a 30th birthday. All I can say is location location location. This place is legitimately across the street from the ocean and within walking distance of the village. It was an amazing time and Balasz was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to visit Siesta.

Highly recommended - great location and nicely appointed home.

Excellent location. Pleasant and responsive owners. Nicely appointed, clean, and plenty of space packed into a 2BR home. The unit has all the little things you'd want if you were staying at your own beach house. A nice place for a weekend getaway and also a perfect place to bring kids (two large bunk beds would fit kids as well as your in-laws...).

This property was literally across the street from the beach. Perfect location! It was also very spacious with two large bedrooms and 4 queen beds. And 2 bathrooms. 3 beach chairs, sand toys, and coolers provided. Short drive to the village or a 15 minute walk. Had a great trip

The best beach experience ever! The house is across the street from the world’s best beach. We stayed a month and would have stayed a year. The house was small but comfortable. Double queen bunk beds was perfect for the kids. Two fridges was perfect. Close to shopping but away from touristy stores. Great grill and patio area. Comfortable beds. We can’t wait to go back!

Pretty Accurate

Exactly as described. Its not the most upscale thing in the area, but its perfect if you want beach and you want clean, and it is exactly what we wanted. Lots of stuff in the back like umbrella, beach chairs. We brought it all, but we didn't need it. Only thing a little bit awkward was no washer/dryer. But not huge for a 4 day stay. This place was perfect for our little vacation.

Great Location. Comfy little beach house.

Fantastic location. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen for cooking. Very clean and spacious for a beach house. This is a good value rental for the price. Everything else around is fancier and more expensive. Our girls had very easy access to the beach, and could come and go whenever they wanted....and we watched the sunset every single evening. Unfortunatley the outside BBQ grille did not work....but that was a minor inconvenience. Rent this place to avoid all the terrible Siesta Key and Sarasota traffic and parking congestion. My recommendation is to bring extra shower towels from home and extra toilet paper too. Parking for any more than just 1 car will be tight, so plan on carpooling for your arrival if you have a bigger group. We had a great six days and would rent this place again for our next visit.

Inaccurate listing

This place didn’t match what was advertised, the place was filthy and had BB gun holes in the windows. Also the AC is preset to 72 but since the house is not insulated at all the interior of the home never gets below 76 during the day. At night the home will get to 71 if you are lucky. This was really hard on us and the kids.

Beach Getaway

Overall this property had a great location (1 mile from downtown bars and restaurants). The property was clean and well equipped with beach chairs, towels, coolers etc. The property owner was rather strict on number of occupants in the house and there is an additional nightly charge per guest if you have more than 4 guests. Apparently this was in the initial listing but I missed it. Ultimately rated this property at 4 stars because the AC continuously auto set to 74 degrees. Other reviews stated 68 degrees which I feel is very fair for Florida temps. The lowest we could turn the AC to was 71 and within an hour it was auto set to 74. We only tried to adjust the AC down at bedtime and the house was a bit stuffy at night at 74 degrees.

1. Not allowed to increase heat a couple of degrees House not insulated for very cold weather that is understandable but did have to call to have thermostat limit raised. It was lowered several times during days. One towel per person for 4 day stay. 3. Added one person who’s plans changed at last minute. Still under house limit. Fee excessive because no service change including no towel added. 4. Landlord intercepted our visit because there were several cars in our spaces. We are VRBO owners of 2 1M+ homes in Maryland, rented to guests over 300 times. We have visited Siesta key 3 times a year for decades. I rarely if ever give poor reviews but nightmares must be reported. We were yelled at & threatened. My wife & kids wouldn’t go to condo alone-afraid the owner would be there. Arrived & mattresses missing from 2 top bunkbed in the 2nd BR . Travelled with our 3 boys. I texted Balazs/owner). He called complaining he was very tired. “I do not want to work anymore today.” He told me there are plenty of beds, 2 in master bedroom, & 2 bottom bunk beds. I told him we rented a house with 2 bunk beds, & we want all of our boys to sleep in the same room. He claimed mattresses destroyed by previous group, & he couldn’t replace. I insisted. He yelled “You can get out of house!” “You want it? Or get out!” I handed my phone to my wife who calmly shared we have 3 boys & need 3 mattresses. He told her, “Don’t you & your husband sleep together? One boy can sleep next to you in your room.” No joke. My brother, a local VRBO owner drove over to help find mattresses. He parked in driveway. Balazs & his coworker arrived & yelled “I’m not happy your parking. Move!” A big, intimidating man. He said “look at me, I wear work clothes. I work all day.” Balasz brought a mattress. Then said, “I’m no giving it to you. I need Nice Talk from you, or no mattress. I have big ego.” I am quoting him ver batim. What? You screamed at us on the phone Balasz & yelled about our parking. He said, “I make joke. Just joke.” Passive aggressive. It was dark, I was worried regarding safety. I asked him to leave. He wouldn’t He dropped off the mattress & apologized & insisted we fist bump. “I changed last month to take away 2 mattress. I should told you. . My mistake.” Balazs then fabricated an email that we were overoccupancy. A lie. I wrote Balazs noting his fabrication & awful treatment. - I told him that my 84 year parents live 8 miles away would park in one of our 3 spaces, but he threatened to remove them. My dad parked 15 minutes away & walked. My 84 y/o mom was afraid to use our bathroom bc of Spy camera at front door. - NEST AC controlled by owner. Cannot cool off house. - Limited hot water. - Bathroom Black mold - Peeling paint on knives. - Beach chairs rusted/broken. Balazs will respond to this review with fabrications about overoccupancy. We booked it for 5 & only 5 entered. A nightmare.

Thank you for your review, But unfortunately, this guest decided to leave a negative review because they did not follow the house rules. They had 13 guests and were constantly partying (their mother and father were not the issues). This is not allowed, please read the reviews from the guests that were respectful did not go against the house policies, and came for a nice vacation on Siesta Key. Thanks, Balazs

The house was exactly as described. Perfect location!! Within walking distance to the village and right across the street from the very very nice public beach. The only negative was that there was no hair dryer! So I bought one and left there for the next guests.
