333 Canal Rd - Sip a delicious frozen drink at the Tiki Bar surrounding the best pool on Siesta Key. This downstairs, 2/2 unit is completely updated and a large patio off the living room. Enjoy access to a hammock, BBQ and Tiki Bars with plenty of seating for everyone. 333 and 335 can be rented together as a perfect home for a larger group or family. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Fantastic location, easy walk to the village and ocean! In unit laundry was great. Enough in the kitchen to get by with, maybe bring a few extra utensils like graters, can opener etc... It didn't hurt that it was snowing and 15 degrees at home and 82 and sunny each day we were here!

Clean space, stocked with basic necessities and super close to Siesta Key Village. Would happily stay there again. Quiet neighborhood setting just a block away from a small grocery/liquor store and multiple restaurants/shopping. One small but important note: no ceiling fans in bedrooms nor fans in bathrooms. I noted this to property manager for potential improvements.

This place was amazing! The proximity to the beach and restaurants was incredible. You can walk to both in a couple of minutes. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was so nice not to have to go home with a bag full of dirty clothes. The pictures do not do the place justice. It was very clean and well kept.

Great large property in a perfect location, 1 block from SK village and 1.5 block from the beach entrance. It was clean and updated inside with everything you need. The pool area was great to relax in after dinner to wind down. This place is great!

Perfect stay at Scott's place.

Exactly as advertised; incredible convenient to downtown, just a 2 minute walk. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The maintenance people working on the outside of the unit were friendly and helpful with directions. Looking forward to my stay at Scott's when I return next year.

Location & Amenities A+!

This Condo in Siesta Key was great for our family of three. (Four would have worked fine too.) Clean and simple living, only a block from the fun and food in Siesta Key Village. The pool was nice for the average weather day and jumping in after a full day on the beach. The cart full of chairs and an umbrella was perfect for the beach, two blocks away. Our communications with the owners were minimal because the instructions were clear, and the code was sent before arrival for easy access. A nice couple above did not make much noise, and were nice to chat with, but that might be the only possible issue if a larger group was staying above. Thanks for a wonderful spring break experience.

Clean and great location

Condo was clean!!! Property was well maintained and 2 of the other condo guests while we were there had rented with Scott previously all with great things to say. We arrived late and couldn't see the address, a call to Scott with a prompt answer, he guided us on where to go. The bedding and towels were great. We enjoyed the pool immensely, the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery and liquor store were also huge perks. There were 2 carts with beach chairs, umbrellas all the things needed for the beach which was super helpful since we flew in from Texas. We would highly recommend this property again. Only minimum room for improvement would be there are a few chipped bowls in the kitchen but nothing we couldn't manage, also wish a few extra trash bags had been included but kind of a standard thing with most rentals. Some other highlights of this property are it is small with 4 rentals to share the pool so we were never overrun with lots of people, also everyone we met was great. Again, great experience, now just to plan our next Siesta Key vacation, hopefully a much longer stay!!!

Great Stay

Perfect Location to park and walk to restaurants at the village or the beach. Close, but far enough away from nightspots (~ a block) that noise wasn't an issue. Ground floor condo was ideal for pets. Beach toys provided (which we didn't use because of the cool weather). Scott was communicative and informative.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Cozy condo, comfortable bed, and very clean. The location is also perfect. A short walk to the beach, grocery store, and the Village. Scott was also very responsive and great to rent from. We will book here again our next time in Siesta Key!

Mini Vacation with friends

This property was exactly as described. The pool was fabulous and the location was awesome. The beach was just minutes away and the village was just around the corner. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip! Love it!
