Excellent unit with beautiful ocean views!

Clean and tastefully decorated unit! We enjoyed the beachy vibe and the natural light throughout. The views were incredible! Spent a lot of time on the patio to enjoy the view of the Gulf. Location is great, close to the beach and the village. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful condo, tastefully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Brilliant location with great views of the beach, enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. Lovely condo for a Siesta Key vacation.

The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. All appliances worked well. Kitchen well supplied with what you need to make meals. It’s right across from the beach. You can watch the sunset from your balcony. The managers were very responsive to any problems you might have. 5 stars.

50th Anniversary

First time at Siesta Key and the Gulf. Had a great experience for our 50th wedding anniversary get away. Unit was clean, and right across the street from the beach. Property management was great and very responsive to all our needs. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful

From the moment we walked in and the cute way the towels were folded to the decorations around the condo, the place was perfect! We ended up spending more time at the pool than the beach because of how clean and friendly everyone was! We had a few issues, but management addressed it right away and came out in less than 24 hours! I’d definitely come back to this condo next year!

Hanging ion to summer

Great location & very clean. Like others have stated before me the furniture in this condo needs to be replaced . In fact, it needs to be taken out of the rotation and renovated . The receptacles wouldn’t hold when you plugged something into them. Dresser in master should have been thrown in trash along time ago. We had issues trying to lock the entry door with key all week. Once you did get it locked you would have grease all on hands and clothes from where maintenance is greasing it to keep it going.

Great Location

Check in process was extremely frustrating for us, though it was no fault of the property manager. We were a late check in as we got (got there around 10:30pm) and the property had security there for the holiday weekend. Security gave us incorrect instructions, led us to another building and told us we couldn’t get in to the property and that there wasn’t anything they could do for us. Driving in from 5 states away made this a horrible initial experience. After calling the emergency number, which was extremely helpful - we were able to check in and enter the condo without a hitch. Clean condo, wonderful location, nice property. Elevator was a little scary so my family and I preferred to use the stairs most of the time. The only real downfall of the condo itself was that a good portion of the blinds were on the ground upon arrival. We had to be extremely careful opening and shutting the door to balconies so we didn’t break any.

Perfect location and the best sunrises and sunsets! Couldn't have asked for a better location and better place. Had everything we needed from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning eating our breakfast and soaking up the sunshine. The kitchen is small, but it was just my husband and I, so it was never an issue. Couldn't have asked for a better location! Would stay here again and again!!

Our House on Beach Condo

This condo has everything you need! Beautifully decorated, across the street from gorgeous Siesta Key Beach, beautiful and relaxing views. We had a wonderful time at this condo. Equipped with all you need for a relaxing, fun vacation. Also, great location for extremely easy access to the Breeze free trolley, or free rides for tips to any area of Island wanted to go to, we did not rent car, so this was a wonderful bonus. Quick uber ride to and from airport in Sarasota. This condo also had views of pool below, off the 2nd balcony that is with this condo. The extra supplies included with this condo, such as beach toys, equipment, towels etc, made our stay even more enjoyable. Owners have thought of everything to have an enjoyable vacation. Would highly recommend! Itrip was easily accessible also if have any questions.

Wonderful location and lovely apartment but safety issues and minimalist practices abound.

The lock box with the unit keys was on the ground outdoors with a few boxes open to expose their contents.Some safety issues need to be addressed:Tub flooring was slippery and there were NO safety bars to hold onto.The exit to the the terrace had a 3 inch high bar across the floor which led to a few falls.The sun/privacy “shades” were very difficult to open and close. As a result the plastic strips fell off. 2 were on the ground when we arrived.The kitchen left a lot to be desired as it was totally minimal. Other than 2 empty salt shakers there were no basic needs. We had to buy everything we would need for our 10 days.We would consider staying there again if more attention would be paid to some of these comfort/safety issues.

Beautiful view

Loved our stay, right across from one of the main entrances to Siesta Key Beach. The condo was great. Clean. Comfortable beds. View of the beach/ Gulf from the 5th floor was wonderful. Only drawback was the noise of the traffic when sitting on the balcony.

The views from the balcony’s are beautiful, one facing the pool & the other looking at the beach. The condo has a nice beach vibe & stocked with everything you need. There are 4 beach chairs, beach towels & coolers for the beach. The condo was very comfortable & clean, too.

Two week visit to Siesta Key

I will list some of the things that were suboptimal. The condo is on the main road and across the street from the main beach. There is a lot of noise and traffic. Constant horn honking and sirens. The deck is nice but only had 2 lounge chairs. The TV had basic cable but could not record a show or pause a show.There was no Blue Ray player. The kitchen lacked many items. The master bathroom tub did not drain and we had to have a plumber fix that.
