PEACEFUL COZY COMFORTABLE SUNNY VILLA

Relax and enjoy yourself in a peaceful place, very cozy, comfortable, well planned, our home was completely redecorated in 2015, great living room, a big family room, a spacious granite kitchen, large garage, the beds are very comfy and next to them there are a nightstand all bedrooms have ample reading lights, a good closet and an armchair, 5 granite bathrooms.

14 people - 10 adults and 4 children - can sleep comfortably on 3 king beds , 4 twin beds, and 4 sleeper sofas.

2 Bicycles, a tennis table, darts, basketball, beach towels, tons of kitchen equipment to prepare and serve big meals, barbecue, and toys are all here for you to use and enjoy.

The dining room table seats 14. Another 14 can sit on the open terrace.

Great outdoor spaces include a big sunny swimming pool (walk out from living room and master bedroom) with comfy sun beds and umbrellas, a shady patio area with 2 hammock bed, 1 hammock chair and lots of comfy outdoor sofas and armchairs, an open outdoor shower with hot water to wash off sand and salty water.
The swimming pool can be heated upon a payment of 180€/week.

Superb Villa

Had age ranges from 1 - 63 and 11 in total. Kids absolutely loved the pool which was in close proximity to the house. Lots of sunbeds and very short drive (ie 5 minutes away in car) to a range of supermarkets. Very big villa and a very successful holiday

Stunning villa, great for relaxation

We stayed here in August . 6 adults and 6 children. we met Theresa at the property who should us around for a good hour which was brilliant. The villa was in immaculate condition. 2 big fridges which is a bonus to keep all the water and superbock cold! Would highly recommend the villa and how good Theresa was as a host.

Excellent villa for a family. We were 3 generations with kids ranging from 3 to 16 and it worked well for us all. Fantastic pool and layout of the villa worked well for everyone to be together but also with space to be quiet if required. Communication with Teresa was excellent, she responds quickly and does everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Villa was very clean and well equipped.We didn’t hire cars but relied on Ubers to get around which also worked well, even for supermarket shopping and was considerably cheaper than hiring cars. Would have been an added bonus if we could have walked out to restaurants and facilities, which is not possible here, but it in no way detracted from holiday experience which was brilliant. Thank you Teresa

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und Komfort sowie einer sehr schönen Außenanlage mit Pool. Wir waren Anfang September für knapp 2 Wochen dort, insgesamt mit 11 Personen. Schönes großes Haus, wundervoller Ort und dazu ist Portugal ein großartiges Land.Leider muss ich zwei Sterne abziehen. Zum Einen da Vorort plötzlich nochmal 360 für die Poolheizung verlangt wurde. Davon stand in der deutschen Beschreibung leider nichts, hat daher nochmal unsere Urlaubskasse belastet. (Wie sich hinterher herausgestellt hat, steht in der englischen Beschreibung ein entsprechender Hinweis, in der deutschen fehlt dies bis heute). Zum anderen war der Pool in der ersten Woche für etwa 2 Tage nicht nutzbar, da stark mit Algen befallen. Es wurde zwar schnell reagiert und eine Stoßchlorung durchgeführt, danach will man aber nicht direkt wieder ins hoch gechlorte Wasser...

Very nice accomodation

We were a group of 13 people (5 adults, 8 kids) who really enjoyed our stay in this house in July 2019. Very nice pool and outdoor area, perfect for kids. Spacious and lovely indoor living area. Grosery store and Carvoeiro restaurant area just a short car-trip away (<5 min). Perfect accomodation for larger group of people travelling with kids. Recommended.

La casa no defrauda, es aún mejor de lo que parece. Apuesta segura.

Es una casa muy amplia y con todas las comodidades. Fantástica piscina y zona de barbacoa. Cocina totalmente equipada y con 2 neveras. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Ideal para ir con niños. Está situada en una zona céntrica para llegar en coche a todos los lugares de interés del Algarve. La atención de la propietaria estupenda, atenta en todo momento a cualquier cosa que el huésped necesite. Muy reconendable para pasar unas tranquilas y agradables vacaciones.

Lovely villa in a fantastic location - we didn't want to leave.

We spent a week here and had a fantastic time. The villa is in a lovely location and has everything you might need. Just a few minutes drive to the supermarket, beach and lots of restaurants. That being said we didn't want to leave the villa because it was so lovely. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful house in Algarve!

Having decided on Portugal as the destination for our summer holiday we were lucky to find this wonderful house in the Algarve region. We were 3 families, a total of 14 people and this spacious and well equipped house was the perfect match! Pros: Wonderful pool area Two roof covered outside areas, one for meals and one for the late night glass of Port! 4 large bedrooms with private bathrooms Well equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators to fit food and drinks for 14!! Wall mounted basketball hoop for the youngsters. Spacious living room Spacious kids area with toys and two double beds. The kids enjoyed being able to sleep in same room! Short drive to a quality grocery store (Apolonia) Short distance to Carvoeiro where there are really nice restaurants and boat trips. Short distance to Marinha beach! Short distance to Slide and Splash aquapark. Theresa and her staff provided top class service!! The list goes on and on... Cons: None really but if I wanted to name one then I would like to have a small grocery store or bakery in a walking distance but..... you can't have it all!!! I recommend this house for any body interested in good family vacation in Algarve!!
