Independent cottage in a green setting, labeled "Charming Cottage - 4 ears" arranged in the outbuildings of a castle (150 m), near the unoccupied stables, private entrance.
Located on a 22 hectare property including 4 hectares of parkland and 6 hectares of woodland for walks. 2 private ponds (free fishing for guests).
Start of a hiking trail. Shops and Tourist Office at 1 km. Languages spoken: French, English, Italian.
Ground floor: Living room / kitchen (decorative fireplace, HIFi chain, CD player). Wc, 1 bedroom (1 bed of 160-2persons) bathroom (bathtub).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with shower room and Wc in each bedroom: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with master bedroom 1 double bed.
Exterior: 500 m2 landscaped lot, 130m2 terrace. Barbecue. Table tennis room. Children's swing, trampoline.

beautiful place

We spent 2 weeks of our summer vacation as a family with our adult children in this beautiful place and really enjoyed the peace, beautiful surroundings and the great house. The house is very spacious, the equipment comfortable and very cozy. We were totally satisfied and will be happy to come back.

Top locatie voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Prima huis, alles is aanwezig en de woning is heel schoon. Locatie is ook bijzonder mooi, wij hebben heerlijk genoten van deze vakantie. Ik zou zeggen een aanrader!!!!

Belle expérience

Si vous voulez vous sentir châtelain pour quelques jours, ce site est fait pour vous. Un îlot de verdure et de calme total à seulement 1 km des supermarchés et 15 km de la mer. Chambres trés spacieuses, toutes avec salle de bain, salle de ping pong en contrebas, un vaste bois dont il est permis de parcourir les chemins. Gîte de caractère avec pierres apparentes et équipement complet. A découvrir.
