Head to Hot Springs, Arkansas to stay in the unique lodgings at Fox Pass Cabins. Ol` Kemp Cabin is the perfect destination cabin for families, groups and couples looking for a rustic, yet comfortable and memorable experience.

NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Violation will result in eviction.

A majestic, giant in-room soaking tub --hand carved and sculpted -- right in the master suite! You have to see it to believe it!

Light a fire in our very own rock fireplace, created with stones taken right from the mountainside over 65 years ago
3 separate bedrooms including: the master suite with a queen size bed; the log room with a queen bed; the third room has a full size bed.
An outdoor hot tub, fire pit and tree swing for the whole family to enjoy and much, much more

The Ol` Kemp Cabin is the perfect getaway for couples, honeymooners, families and groups of 6 or less. An air mattress can be rented to accommodate 2 more.

*Please note* The entire cabin is open concept. There is not a ceiling on the bathrooms, but a fan and noise machines are provided. See photos for reference.

We are always available via text, phone or email for questions.

The location is 4 miles from the historic Hot Springs bathhouse row on the privacy of a forested mountainside.

NO EARLY CHECK-IN AVAILABLE, PLEASE DON`T ASK. This is a very large cabin and takes time to complete the cleaning and sanitizing processes required to keep you safe.

COOKING: This cabin is equipped with a gas stove and oven combo, microwave and charcoal grill.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS or parties allowed. No SMOKING.
We require the primary renter to be onsite with their guests. We reserve the right to request the ID of all registered guests while on the property to verify you are in compliance.

Excellent stay!

We came to wheel at ORV and loved this property. It’s about 15 minute away, so that was nice. The house is very pretty and well appointed. I loved not having to haul sheets and towels all the way there. The kitchen has plenty for cooking easy meals. The hot tub was great and the outdoor area was great! It was the perfect spot!!

Our Oasis

The ole kemp cabin was an oasis. Not realizing how exhausted we were from our regular routine we were rejuvenated by resting in this extremely comfortable cabin. The beds are just like we have at home and my personal favorite is nice linens. The water pressure is awesome and i loved the rainfall shower. The sofas are so comfortable. My husband and i are looking forward to coming back for our anniversary. We might allow our kids to come back with us.

Over priced

A lot of $$$ for no washer/dryer, no dishwasher no dish rack or dish mat for clean dishes, holes in finger tips of oven mitts, no dish rags, only two dish towels for 7 days, scrubber was not individual wrapped so did not know if previous used, no working can opener, gas stove with no hood for it to flow out of cabin, soak tub looked horrible dirty causing everyone to bath in stand up shower, one hand towel in each bathroom for 7 days, six total rolls on toilet paper, roof appeared caved in on side which allows critters sounds in roof, outside property where swing is very close to the cabin unlike what posted pics appearance makes it seem. Reported to cabin owner caused owner to fuss at tenants for complaining. Way over priced!

Cabin was great and hot tub was too. We didn’t like all the signs and reminders for fees and fines about everything. Peaceful location just north of Hot Springs.

Wonderful honeymoon!

We really enjoyed our week in this cabin. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub was HUGE! Property was private. The outdoor area is one of a kind, with the party lights, hot tub, fire pit, hammocks, and swing. Jessi was wonderful and always responded to us quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING RENTAL - 5 star 🤩

This cabin and the outdoor area was absolutely perfect for our short getaway! The cabin was immaculate, smelled very clean, and was super nice! The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, with a huge swing, hammocks, fire pit (wood was provided) and an extremely clean, nice hot tub! Last, but not least, communication with the owners was excellent. They even text to let us know they had more wood being dropped off. We will definitely go back!

Beautiful place

The property was amazing we loved the cozy cabin and no neighbors in sight. We were 20 min from off road park and 20 min from awesome restaurants. Only complain is the cabin is open at the top. So the restrooms kitchen living room and master bath are open. When laying in bed you can have full conversation with someone in restroom. You hear everything that’s happening EVERYWHERE . There are sound machines but don’t feel like it drowned out everything. We all went to bed together so the tv or gatherings in living room wasn’t an issue but it’s something to keep in mind depending on your group . We were close friends so the conversations while in the shower was fine with us 😂.

Slice of Heaven in Arkansas

The entire property is immaculate! The owners take such good care of everything, from the roads on the property to the smallest details inside the cabin. It was so charming, pristinely cleaned and well stocked with all of the necessities. We were snowed in with Winter Storms URI and Viola but never lost power and the cabin is so well insulated that it kept warm the whole time. Jesse and Danny checked on us constantly during the storm and were such gracious hosts. They even took our boys sledding and taught us how to make snow ice cream (and provided the ingredients). We will definitely be back during warmer weather to explore Hot Springs but we never got tired of playing on the property! I highly recommend staying at Fox Pass cabins! We want to try out the Tipi next time!

Super cool cabin!

The cabin is ver unique and cozy. Just for you shy folks the ceilings of the bathroom and master are open, but the owner provided white noise makers to help with that. The decor was awesome and the outdoor space truly wonderful and relaxing! It was a bit closer to the street than we realized. It was a great get away for my boys over spring break!
