On the exceptional site of Ploumanac'h (the Pink Rocks) along the Chemin des Douaniers, independent house in a beautiful property with breathtaking views of the sea.
Sea and cove at the bottom of the property. Town center 5 min walk.
Granite character house completely renovated in 2014. Large living space on the ground floor. 4 beds upstairs with bathroom.
Terrace / house with sea view and 6,000m2 garden, parking.

Upstairs a large bedroom of 35m2 with 4 beds separated by a small partition: a 160 bed and two 90 beds

Exit cleaning to be done (otherwise 90 euros taken from the deposit)
Rental of household linen (sheets, bath towels, pillow cases, tea towel): 25 euros / person. Optional.

Best Place to be at the coast rose

Between the garden fence and the coast is only a coastal walking path, no road, so its wonderful quiet during June in Ploumanac'h. We made long walks and also car exkursions along the rosa coast. Most impressive rocks are right behind the garden: devils castle !

Dream location, dream property!!

This carriage house sits on its own (semi) private lagoon overlooking the Pink Granite Coast! It is so perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, picturesque views of the sea from both ground floor and master bedroom window. The GR 34 is just outside the secure, fully-fenced property and landscaping is divine. Decorating is tasteful and full of character, appliances work(!), chairs are comfortable and plenty of space to put everything you need. Can't say enough good about the setting or the house. Christian was the perfect host and Gaële communicated frequently and informatively. Recommendations for dining were spot-on, and we would LOVE to come back someday. Ploumanac'h is just paradise!!

Une maison avec une incroyable vue, dans un jardin magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Ploumanach et recommandons cette petite maison. Par ailleurs, l'accueillir réservé par Christophe, le concierge d'une extrême gentillesse, était impeccable. Il nous a donné des conseils de visite, et nous a offert une bouteille de cidre. Séjour hivernal d'une semaine, extrêmement agréable (le soleil était de la partie), dans cette petite maison située (littéralement) au cœur de la Côte de Granit Rose, dans une grande propriété entourée d'un beau jardin. La vue depuis le salon et la chambre est exceptionnelle (les photos de l'annonce reflètent bien la réalité du lieu), les environs sont idylliques (paysages, architecture des belles villas fin de siècle...). Christophe, chaleureux, très disponible et d'une ponctualité impressionnante (plus que nous à notre arrivée...) nous a parfaitement accueilli et a pris son temps pour nous conseiller commerces, restaurants, lieux à voir (ne pas manquer Île-Grande, à quelques km). Un endroit de rêve qu'il a été bien difficile de quitter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen direkt an der Cote du Granit Rosé. Meerblick aus jedem Zimmer und vom Balkon. Wenige Meter zum Wanderweg und zum Meer. Es wsr eine tolle Woche. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zu Christophe, der auch gute Tipps zur Region geben konnte.

Une vue à couper le souffle

Nous avons passé trois jours merveilleux dans cette maison très bien située. La vue, que ce soit depuis la terrasse ou depuis la grande fenêtre au premier étage, est encore plus belle que sur les photos ! Quel bonheur de pouvoir dormir avec le clapotis de la mer. La plage de Saint-Guirec et le centre de Ploumanac’h sont accessibles en une petite dizaine de minutes à pied (par la route, le chemin le plus court). Mais c’est bien sûr encore plus agréable de prendre le sentier des douaniers.La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle. Tranquillité complète la nuit. Accueil chaleureux par Christophe qui donne de bons conseils pour découvrir la région.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Christophe hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung und Restaurants gegeben. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Küstenwanderweg und Strand mit imposanter Felslanschaft war wunderbar. Auch der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns begeistert und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
