Great Location and home

The home was perfect for a winter stay. Simona was good at communicating and addressing any concerns including a broken pool heater when we first arrived. I recommend this place for anyone looking to spend time in the Tampa area. Thank you Simona.

very nice place.

The River Strand place is a wonderful place. The geographical position of the River Strand is remarkably well located, costco, walmart, restaurant, highway, everything is close. At home nothing is missing, bicycle, beach chair, tennis racket. A small point of improvement would be to add two TVs in the guest bedroom. Simona service is remarkably precise and honest. Thank you Simona we should see each other again next year.

Beautiful home, great location, fun amenities

The home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is spacious without feeling too big. The views behind the house are very pretty. We enjoyed watching the summer thunderstorms over the River. The office monitor and printer made it convenient to do some work while we were there. We loved swimming in the pool as well going to the clubhouse pool and pickleball courts. My daughters (ages 8 and 10) made new friends and had fun playing with other kids and ordering the kids pina coladas from the Tiki Bar :)

Amazing, relaxing, perfect home for family of 4, with our older children. Clean, bright with fantastic pool and view. Everything you need. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Quietest location. Highly recommend! Thanks Simona!! We'll be back.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riverstrand home. It is a well appointed property and is located on a very quiet cul de sac. The property manager, Simona, and her team are great and very attentive to making sure any issues that may arise are taken care of quickly.

Great House, Awesome Community

Thanks for renting such a beautiful home to my family and I. The house was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. The community amenities were perfect, golf and pickelball kept us quite busy. Simona was very helpful and responsive from the day of booking to checking out. Thank you !
