Spectacular Long-Range Main Lake Views

We are excited to offer our guest a tremendous new deck installed in 2025 that includes stainless steel cables allowing for an almost unrestricted view of the lake, while also providing safety for the little ones!! The deck is absolutely enormous and runs the entire length of the house, allowing for ample space for family and friends.
If you're looking for an amazing house that offers SPECTACULAR long-range views and a place to just relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this house is for you! This house will not disappoint, as it provides incredible long-range views of the Lake from nearly every room in the house, including the kitchen! Wake up to MAJESTIC views each morning from three of the four bedrooms - each with its own sliding glass door leading to the deck! Take a short walk on a gentle sloping lot to the dock and waters edge, where you will find a private beach with only several steps into the crystal-clear water. Spacious boat house featuring 17x30 foot dock (newly stained fall of 2025) provides ample space for sitting at the wrought iron table (with umbrella), zero gravity chairs, sunbathing or watching the children do cannon balls. Depth off the end of the dock is approximately 6 feet. For fisherman - wonderful fishing is available directly off the dock and shoreline. After a GREAT day on the Lake, sit by the firepit roasting smores or just reconnect with family and friends. Unfortunately, due to home owners insurance requirements, we do not offer use of the boat lift; however, we have installed boat whips to tie your boat along the dock. The boat whips are designed to keep your boat from contacting the dock and damaging your boat, even with the usual boat traffic.
The house comes with a 10'6" inflatable paddleboard and 6'x12' swim mat for our guest to enjoy the lake even more!
This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is clean, comfortable and has an open concept floor plan with high vaulted ceilings. There is a large main table (seats 10) and bar (seats 4) to allow various seating configurations. There are two leather couches with infinity setting in the living room, as well as an ottoman. High speed internet and Wi-Fi are provided, as well as a 55" smart TV with Spectrum cable bundle and DVD player.
Weekly trash pickup is included at the curb. NO need to haul your trash away!
The house is located at the entrance to Pea Hill Creek, very near to Washburn's Marina. The home is on the main Lake side of the bridge - NOT hidden in a narrow shallow cove and NO culverts to navigate.
Non-smokers ONLY- owners are allergic - no smoking of any kind.
Linens and bath towels ARE provided (NO linen fees here). Beds will be made before your arrival! However, we do ask that you please bring your own towels for the lake.
The kitchen comes fully furnished with large refrigerator, blender, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker (a small selection of K-Pods will be provided) as well as everything else you are likely to need.

The house is centrally located and is close to Food Lion, Ace Hardware, ABC liquor, Lake Gaston Pizza, Subway, Putt Putt Golf and many more.
A public boat ramp is offered less than 1 mile away.
**The house shares a driveway with a neighbor so we ask that guests park in the three designated parking spots in the front of the house. Not to worry, there is ample parking In the grass for trailer or additional vehicle.
***Renter (signer) needs to agree to the attached lease agreement and provide a copy of their government issued ID - drivers license, uploaded to VRBO after booking or provided directly to the host.
