My home was designed by my late husband, he started it and I had it completed. Our dream home, we wanted to share it with family and friends. Our home is very spacious. Very large bedrooms a King and Queen in upstairs. Master bedroom has a kingsize bed. The garage is large enough for 2 cars, or just a great spot for gathering. Convent parking, enough room for large boat. We are on the entrance of JP Coleman State Park which offers many amenities . Boat ramp, transient boat docks, swimming, playground, party room and so much more.

Great host communication, great space for a large group/familyUnclear WiFi information, no closets or place to hang clothes in bedrooms and no electrical plugs by sink in 2/3 bathrooms
We had an amazing stay as always, there are so many great things I could say but our stay was perfect. Rooms are great size and roomy with being so close to the boat ramps and park. Everything was perfect, thanks for another great trip!
Awesome place for 9 to 10 people. Plenty of room for boat parking. Garage is great for storing your gear. Home is very nice. Highly recommend

Would Not Stay Here Again
Our family stays in VRBO rentals about 2-3x per year and were excited to stay at this rental over the Christmas holiday. When we got to the house, there were some concerns with cleanliness but we didn't let that distract from our time together. For example, the floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes because our socks were black after walking on them. Several pieces of furniture were stained so we moved them out of view when guests visited, but the rooms and beds were comfortable. The reason for the one-star review comes after our stay. A few days later, we received an invoice for $100 to repair a dining chair that was damaged with stains. We were certain we didn't damage the chair and let the homeowner know. We are respectful renters and would have told her if we had damaged anything in the house. As of now, the owner has deducted the fee from our deposit and refuses to return it even after we've explained. So if you rent this house, be prepared to possibly be charged for damage you didn't do. Next steps are to try to go through VRBO to have my money returned. I've never had to do that before, so I'm not sure how it will go. Do not recommend.
Five star across the board, updated property with tons of parking. Very clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this property.
It was a beautiful house with lots of room for everyone. The only down fall was that the pictures didn't give a good view of where the house is located. It's right next to the road. Everything was clean and nice. We enjoyed this house and trip.
Have passed this property many times when coming to JP Coleman for tournaments. Great location and parking for trucks pulling boats. Plenty of beds. Had a great time staying there. Cell service is spotty there for some carriers. But this was a plus for us as we pretty much left our phones inside and spent time outside.
House is clean and beds are super comfortable.
There is wifi but it’s Hughes net and doesn’t work well so if you can’t live without cell service then may not want to stay here. I have AT&T and my daughter has T-mobile. Neither would work. At first that scared me, but overall it made us all pay attention to things that are more important. May want to install landline phone for emergencies though.
This was a perfect location for our time at the lake. Spacious for our family to spread out. And big garage, too. Stocked with tons of DVD movies which came in handy when it rained and when we didn't have strong wifi. Well stocked with everything we could have needed for a pleasant stay. Decorated nicely and very comfortable overall. I did miss having windows in the main living area--didn't know if it was raining or sunny until I walked out on the front porch! But luckily our daylight hours were mostly spent on the lake anyway! Thanks for a great stay.
This home was beautifully decorated, very clean and in a great location! Plenty of parking space and lots of amenities. We had 10 people who stayed very comfortably. Would definitely recommend!!
