Modern wooden house / villa comprising three bedrooms, two shower rooms, living / dining room. The villa has a heated swimming pool, a covered terrace, and a pétanque court. It is located 7 km by car from the ocean beaches of Arcachon, 5 km by bike and 15 km from the dune of Pyla. Close to all amenities and the leisure pool (Aqualand, Golf, Kid Parc ...). Ideal for spending a good holiday and recharging your batteries. July and August weekly rental with entry on Saturday afternoon. Glass roof between the kitchen and the living room. Not overlooked. Petanque. Covered terrace. Charcoal barbecue. Large dressing room in master bedroom. Heated swimming pool with a heat pump. At the bottom of a calm dead end. Garden shed. 5 Bikes available. Large parking lot. Electric gate. The swimming pool is heated from May 1 to October 15. Outside these dates, please consult us. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge for rentals of a week minimum. At night thank you to count 15 euros per person for bed and bath linen. Three double beds for 6 adults and two bunk beds for 2 children.

Maison très agréable, au calme .nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille et entre amis . La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien . Je recommande sans hésitation, Nous avons était accueilli par Célia , qui a été très accueillante et disponible pour les moindres questions .

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt und auf Nachfrage wurde uns auch sehr schnell ein fehlender Sonnenschutz geliefert. Unser größter Kritikpunkt ist, dass die auf Fewo-Direkt beworbenen Fahrräder nicht da waren. Tatsächlich hatten wir uns auch deswegen für das Haus entschieden. Der Preis war damit etwas zu hoch für das Objekt.

Nice house, not so nice area

We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed the house. The area it is located in is not so nice, and it is at the end of an unpaved lane. There are much nicer areas in the Teste area and we would aim to book closer to Arcachon or Pyla for that price.

Trés bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison. On s’y sent à l’aise très rapidement. La maison est très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. La piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Séjour agréable

Propriété appropriée pour 3 couples avec bébés. La piscine est idéale pour les moments où les bébés font la sieste. Elle est aussi bien sécurisée. Maison très bien équipée. 2 points d'amélioration : l'isolation de la maison, la température des chambres étaient élevée même fenêtres ouvertes la nuit. Et manque de rangements pour les courses.
