Welcome to Sunrise Cove, your perfect getaway on the quiet side of beautiful Lake Martin. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a reunion with friends, or simply a peaceful escape, Sunrise Cove offers comfort, space, and stunning lake views throughout.
The spacious master suite overlooks the lake and features a king-size bed, comfortable seating area, large-screen TV, and a private bath—creating a peaceful retreat after a day on the water.
The main living area is designed for gathering and relaxation, with breathtaking lake views, a cozy fireplace, and a large-screen TV. The adjoining dining area also overlooks the lake, making every meal feel special. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, plus a convenient coffee bar for your morning brew. A half bath is located on the main level.
For those who need to stay connected, high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home.
The home comfortably accommodates larger groups with:
Two upstairs queen bedrooms, each with a private bath
A cozy upstairs sitting area
A spacious fourth bedroom featuring one queen bed and two twin beds, a private bath, and its own private entrance

We are just 15 minutes from Alex City for shopping, 30 minutes from Auburn, (great for football weekends), and 90 minutes from downtown Birmingham. Drive time to Atlanta and Birmingham airports is the same.

Other recreation opportunities nearby include numerous hiking trails around the lake (the hike to Smith Mtn Fire Tower is highly recommended), golfing at the Lakewinds & Stillwaters Golf Courses, horse back riding and zip-lining at Wind Creek State Park, and numerous dining and shopping opportunities in the Alexander City and Dadeville area.

My family enjoyed our stay at 173 Sunrise Lane very much. The house was clean and comfortable. The outside well kept. The dock was new and safe and convenient with good swimming. House is convenient to a boat ramp and stores. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful.

Wonderful Lake House.

We have stayed in this house before and have loved it each time. The house and grounds are beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. The bedrooms and their adjoining baths are perfect for couples and children. The dock is new and easy to use. Great vacation place!

Our family of ten (children and grandchildren) could not have asked for a better location for our long weekend together! The kitchen was well supplied and the bathrooms and bedrooms were very comfortable. We spent many hours on the porch and near the dock area. Great place for lake weekend

Great Family Lake House

This home and lakefront are beautiful and well maintained. The house is one of the most comfortable and roomy that we have stayed in in 16 years of Summer family weekends at Lake Martin. It is convenient to US 280, Alex City, and Dadeville. Plenty of room to bring our boat and the public boat ramp is close by. The ramp and parking lot are paved and in good shape.

The lake view is spectacular and literally steps to the water! The house was well stocked with everything you could think of. Quiet and Privacy with full access to the lake.

Beautiful spot on the lake. Ideal for quiet and privacy with little boat traffic being in the North part of the lake away for the tourist attractions such as Chimney Rock and Goat Island. It was a 40 minute boat ride to get to these things but it was well worth the distance for the location. We were able to tube, ski and swim right off our dock without worry of choppy waters or water craft flying by.

Excellent House!

This house had all the comforts of home with a wonderful view of the lake! It is located on a quiet part of the lake and is close to a public boat ramp. The house was clean and comfortable for everyone. The kids had their own rec area inside to play games while the adults relaxed in the living room. Response from the owner was quick when we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Lake Vacation Home

Super clean, roomy, comfortable home with everything you need for a multi-family stay. New boat dock is pristine and great for fishing and boat parking. Bonus room for teens or twentysomethings to have a separate space was nice. Master plus 2 other en suite bedrooms gave lots of privacy. Porch area was comfortable with great views. We had a peaceful and memorable week and can't wait to visit Lake Martin again.
