The wonderfully landscaped and shaded backyard is perfect for relaxing. A vine covered pergola shades a patio for grilling and sitting outside. Featured in this home are hardwood floors, a library, a wood burning fireplace, and much more! The kitchen includes granite counters, an island, and a breakfast nook. Upstairs you will find the owner's suite, tiled shower/tub and his & hers sinks. The remaining 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located upstairs. Conveniently located between Steven's Creek Road and Fury's Ferry Road.

We are very close to The Augusta National, about a ten minute drive, no need to get on an interstate. Our neighborhood is very quiet and our home has a lot of space for spreading out.

Our yard has two unique places for gathering, a vine covered pergola over a patio, and a luxury patio with fire pit.
