This stunning 2 bedroom luxury apartment (sleeps 6), set in the terraced complex of Altea La Nova, offers the most breath-taking views of both the Bernia mountains and the Mediterranean sea. Nestled in beautifully manicured gardens, it is just a few hundred metres from the golf club of Don Cayo and just 3kms from the sand beach.

Fancy lounging by the sumptuously sized swimming pool or do you prefer the quiet seclusion of your own spacious terrace? This apartment has it all. When the sun goes down you can enjoy a Caribbean-style cocktail on the expansive terrace listening to a soft samba with friends or family while the gambas and T-bone sizzle on the barbecue.

Decorated in modern minimalistic style with soft shades and unobtrusive highlights, the Ashanti is fully equipped with all imaginable amenities and with the closest attention to detail to make your stay truly unforgettable.

The master bedroom is fitted with a 180cm wide King-size bed to romp in while the guest room favours two 90cm single beds. Particular attention has been given to luxury comfort beds with memory foam toppers and pillows to dream on.

There is a very large selection of TV programs in many languages available as well as your very own NETFLIX access to a big variety of movies, series & documentaries.
For the ever toiling businessman and techno-crazy youth Free wifi internet is provided. What’s more, the sofa converts into a comfortable double bed for those extra two who just had to come along.

The open plan kitchen ensures that the culinary genius in the kitchen can always be a part of the festivities. Needless to say all heed has been paid to the needs of the chef. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooking plate, dishwasher, oven, fridge, micro-wave and a host of other goodies. There is even a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and other helpful gadgets. In keeping with the general comfort, the entire apartment can be either fully air-conditioned or heated.

The apartment is very well located, equipped, very nice views. Great pools...very recommended. Few remarks...not indicated extra charges like cleaning and energy in the first advertisement. The cleaning was better than others but unfortunately it's needed to claim for better cleaning at arrival. In general very good option in Altea area.

Excellent place to de-stress. Very relaxed facility with good food storage, prep and cooking facilities in the apartment. Our daughter has several major food allergies so this was very important for us to have a relaxing holiday. Need a car but the views are worth it! Decent pools but not a lot of loungers.

Un très bon séjour dans un appartement très agréable, vue sur mer et un grand bravo pour les équipements : tout est parfait, il ne manque rien, on se sent comme à la maison. Le mobilier est confortable; adapté, il fait bon y séjourner ! La résidence est très bien également, fleuries, les parties communes très bien entretenues : un vrai plaisir ! Nous avons profité des piscines qui sont un vrai plus ! En cas de questions ou si besoin d'aide, les propriétaires sont à notre écoute et sont réactifs. Altea est une station charmante, avec plein de choses à visiter autour. A recommander !

Très confortable et joliment meublé

Nous avons apprécié la grande qualité de l'appartement et de la résidence. Les deux "double piscines" (quatre au total donc) sont appréciables étant donné la chaleur en été. Cependant, pas plus chaud que dans le sud de la France au moment où nous y étions. Ces piscines font la joie des enfants et des plus grands. Le tout dans une résidence arborée, très bien entretenue, et à l'architecture réussie. L'appartement se distingue (des autres éventuellement à louer dans la résidence) par son mobilier design et état neuf tel que représenté sur les photos. Nous avons eu quelques sujets d'ordre matériel ou logistique et le propriétaire s'en est soucié à distance avec la plus grande réactivité et bienveillance. Bref, la classe. Bien que sur les hauteurs d'une "zone d'urbanisation" (huppée), la localisation est proche du beau village d'Altea, et c'est à noter, de l'entrée l'autoroute AP7 qui permet de rejoindre Alicante et Benidorme dans un sens, Valencia dans l'autre. Bref, un beau et bon séjour dans un cadre privilégié et avec un propriétaire attentionné.

Why they chose this property

Altea is without doubt one of the most charming towns of the Costa Blanca North. It has retained its beauty and charm unlike many other former fishing villages. It's old town is packed full of character and the impressive church with its blue and white tiled dome roof has to be one of the most photographed landmarks of the area.
The Bernia mountains favour Altea with a micro-climate with reliable sunny weather for virtually the whole of the year.
Places of interest:
Old Town: steep cobbled streets packed with character, restaurants and shops.
Market: large Tuesday morning.
Church: Nuestra Senora del Consuelo with famous blue and white tiled dome.
Beaches: sandy and shingle beaches.
Promenade: long beach front with great selection of bars and restaurants.
Marina: at southern end of town.
There is no better place than Altea to get involved in one of the many colourful fiestas which represent a true taste of Spanish culture.
Fiestas in the area: 19th March: Fallas de San José - Feast of St. Joseph in Calpe.
When it comes to nightlife there is something for everyone in Altea. You can go for a drink in a nice calm bar with relaxing music, jazz , flamenco and so on. Or if you are after some more excitement, there are plenty of places to go to where you can dance the night away.
