Ideally located with ski-to-door departure, in the upscale area of the resort (Le Chantel). , Luxury residence with sauna and hammam pool.
Ski-in ski-out, private covered parking, private ski locker with boot dryer, wifi (week pass € 15 to € 25), terrace with view over the valley, not overlooked.
Accommodation equipped with dishwasher, fridge, combined oven, induction hob, coffee maker, TV.

Apartment was very good, comfortable beds and just a short walk from the main town shops but not an issue at all. Communication from the host was quick and very helpful. Great view of the valley from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment but hard work

Nice apartment, great location, fabulous views. Only one toilet and extractor fan broken, not ideal. Generally harder work than the standard rental, numerous and complicated instructions regarding getting there / checking in / codes for parking, for key entry, extra costs for linen and then another (mad!) cost to have it delivered to the apartment (alternative: pick them up yourself from the concierge which is in a completely different - and hard to find - location). Weird cleaning arrangements. Even if you pay the cleaning fee you are expected to clean the kitchen / scrub bins yourself (why??). All in all, we had a lovely week but be prepared for a stressful first day while you try to figure out the complicated instructions - and a stressful last day, when you have to clean the loo and realise they’ve not left you any rubber gloves.

Superbe appartement au pied des pistes avec deux chambres, deux salles de bain bien équipé tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement cet appartement qui avait en plus une piscine et un parking 1,90m .

Bel appartement très agréable et très propre.la seconde chambre était décrite en un lit de 140,en fait il a été remplacé par 3 lits gigognes,ce qui pour un couple peut poser problème.la piscine a été fonctionnelle à notre départ...sinon très bon séjour.

Parfait

L'appartement est très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied des commerces et des restaurants. Pour ne pas monter à pied avec les courses depuis Charvet (qui est plus bas), on prenait la remontée mécanique DAHU (ouverte de 08:30 à 23:00) et puis descendait jusqu’à la résidence (en partie sur la piste). Il y a aussi une superette en haut à côté de la remontée. L’appartement est assez fonctionnel, 2 salles de bains sont un plus, le balcon avec la belle vue sur les montagnes. On a bien apprécié les skis aux pieds pour départ/arrivée et le casier à ski avec chauffe chaussures. On vous conseille de louer votre matériel en haut chez Intersport (Le Chantel Edenarc), un nouveau magasin où il n’y a pas de files. On a bien profité de l’accès gratuit dans l’espace détente (piscine, sauna et hammam), prévoir les peignoirs pour la facilité. La communication très efficace avec les propriétaires bienveillants.

Nous avons réservé pour une semaine de vacance dans cet appartement.a notre arrivé, nous avons ete tres déçu du nettoyage deplorable qui n avait pas ete fait dans notre appartement. Poussiere partout, poil dans baignoire, traces sur les vitres . De suite. J ai prevenu la compagnie des propriétaires ainsi que la propriétaire de l appartement que cela ne se fait pas de loue un appartement aussi sale surtout que ma femme est tres allergique. La seule reponse de la propriétaire a ete de ne plus reserve leurs logements si le nettoyage nous convient pas et que nous sommes les seules a se plaindre du nettoyage. Au final etre obligé de faire le nettoyage des notre arrivé pour avoir un logement propre je trouve cela inadmissible. Logement mal isole avec nuissance constante , manque de placard A eviter et propriétaire pas a l ecoute de ces locataires pour trouver des solutions.

Je complète en réponse au commentaire fait par ces locataires. Lorsque la conciergerie m'a contacté pour m'informer du mécontentement de ces locataires, la conciergerie m'a précisé que ces locataires étaient déjà venus l'an dernier dans un autre de nos appartements, et qu'ils s'étaient aussi plaints un an avant, pour bénéficier d'un ménage offert par la conciergerie. Effectivement, nous louons tout la saison, et nous n'avons jamais de remarque sur le ménage. Alors pourquoi tous les ans, seul serait très sale (selon les dires de ce locataire) l'appartement qu'ils louent. A la demande de la conciergerie, j'ai effectivement indiqué à ces locataires qu'ils arrêtent de louer auprès de nous, puisqu'ils en sont tous les ans insatisfaits !

Un très bon choix

L'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas du centre de la station 1800 tout en étant au calme. La piscine, sauna et hammam et le billard à disposition au rez de chaussée sont toujours agréables en fin de journée :)

Logement bien équipé, aux pieds des pistes!

+: Nous avons fortement apprécié la localisation de la résidence ainsi que ses équipements. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très disponibles lors de la réservation. Merci ! Le logement correspond à la description faite sur l’annonce. Il est notamment bien fourni en électroménager et ustensiles de cuisine. Petits « bémols » à noter: - Une des chambres donne directement sur le palier et l’ascenseur. Le bruit tard le soir ou dans la nuit peut être gênant. - La plage horaire très restreinte pour contacter la conciergerie avant le départ.

Une semaine merveilleuse avec neige de qualité et soleil au rendez-vous.

La situation est idéale avec un départ et une arrivée "skis aux pieds" réels. Appartement très bien équipé et fidèle aux descriptions. On en gardera d'excellents souvenirs.

Excellent potentiel, mais confort et propreté n'étaient pas à la hauteur du prix.

L'appartement est bien placé pour le ski. On arrive et on repart ski aux pieds, c'est un plaisir. L'appartement est assez grand et bien agencé pour 4 personnes. La procédure d’arrivée est géniale, la place de parking est proche. Malheureusement, il y a pas mal de choses qui ne correspondaient pas à nos attentes en considération du prix de location. Tout d'abord quelques détails à améliorer : * Il y a quarte penderies mais pas assez d'étagère. Si bien que nous avons dû laisser nos affaires dans les sacs ou les poser sur les tabourets du salon... * La cuisine manque de boite pour stocker les restes et d’un placard vide pour stocker les courses. Et des choses plus gênantes, qui nous ont déçues : * L'appartement n'était pas propre. Nous avons eu l'impression que le ménage de début de saison n'avait pas eu lieu. Les plinthes, les abat-jours, les intérieurs des placards et les espaces sous les lits étaient poussièreux. (Les salles de bains, sanitaires et cuisine étaient propres.) * Les coussins du banc de la salle à manger étaient sale. * Les alaises sur les lits étaient parsemées de long cheveux noirs... * De plus, un des matelas du lit parental est enfoncé sur 10 ou 15 cm de large. Nous avons bien sur remonté les soucis de propreté à la compagnie des propriétaire, qui a pris bonne note, mais n’a pas agi… L’appartement n’est pas vraiment calme, on entend un bruit sourd qui est probablement dû à l’ascenseur ainsi que le personel de la résidence et les touristes passer dans le couloir. Globalement, cette appartement a un magnifique potentiel, qui pour nous à été gâché par des détails qui n’auraient pas dû être. Dommage.

Bonjour, Nous avons bien pris note de vos remarques et des améliorations à faire pour les prochains locataires. Effectivement, il nous faut aussi des remontées pour savoir ce qui ne va pas , pour que l'on puisse y remédier. Quant à la propreté, nous allons voir avec la conciergerie pour que ce souci ne se reproduise pas. En espérant que malgré ces petits désagréments, vous avez tout de même pu passer un agréable séjour au ski.

Good accomodation, great ski in and out and everything you need Information could be clearer for English guests especially about location of hotel, key safe on door so no need to visit concergie, missing bip for garage but was resolved
