Tout simplement Parfait !

Petit appartement parfait , tout équipé, il ne manque rien, il est idéalement situé ! Une parenthèse hors du temps perché sur les montagnes , magique ! Nous nous sommes régalés ! Et en plus de ça Mario et Paola sont top , gentils et disponibles ! Superbe séjour ici en Sardaigne .

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick ins Tal

Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft lief super und wir haben die Wohnung problemlos gefunden.

Très bien

La maison est très bien placée : proche d'Olbia (15 minutes), des commerces (zone commerciale à 10 minutes), des axes principaux, des plages (plusieurs plages à l'Est accessibles rapidement). La maison est située dans un cadre très agréable, elle est en excellent état, très bien équipée et spacieuse. Les propriétaires, Paola et Mario sont charmants, gentils et disponibles. Les produits de première nécessité était prévus et un panier gourmant avec des spécialités Sardes nous attendait à notre arrivée. Un grand merci à Paola et Mario pour leur accueil chaleureux ! Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits.

Mario et Paola sont très accueillants (spécialités sardes offertes en arrivant). Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Appartement très pratique, belle déco, bon matériel. A recommander !

Perfect stay!

Me and my girlfriend we have stayed in this wonderful house for 10 days. The welcome was fantastic, the owners are very friendly and they gave us all the informations to explore the area! The house is so nice, organized and equipped with everything! The residence is quiet and relaxing, equipped with a beautiful swimming-pool (so closed to the house!). The area offers nice beaches and famous places such as Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo and the close Island of La Maddalena (recommended the daily boat trip!). For the welcome and the location we suggest the house to everyone, to young people like us but also to families! Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati in questa bellissima villetta per dieci giorni. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per esplorare la zona! La villetta è carinissima, in perfetto ordine e attrezzata di tutto! Il villaggio è silenzioso e rilassante, con una piscina bellissima (vicinissima alla casa!) La zona offre spiagge bellissime e località famose come Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo e la vicinissima isola della Maddalena (consigliata la gita giornaliera in barca!) Per l'ospitalità e la location consigliamo la villetta a tutti, sia ai giovani come noi che alla famiglie!

VACANZA INDIMENTICABILE: COMFORT, MARE E NATURA

Sono rientrato da poco da una splendida vacanza in Costa Smeralda, dove io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato in una comodissima villetta nel villaggio Sole Ruju. La casa è in una posizione invidiabile, silenziosa, con una veranda che regala un panorama mozzafiato con tutte le sfumature di verde, a due passi dalla bella e pulita piscina e dal bar/pizzeria per ogni esigenza. Arredata con gusto e con tutti i comfort (anche di più per una casa al mare...dalla lavatrice al microonde, condizionatore, dal barbecue agli splendidi armadioli... ). La villetta è composta di una zona giorno con cucinino con tutte le attrezzature necessarie, un divano letto con la tv, un altro letto singolo disponibile e una camera matrimoniale (in un soppalco romantico grazie alla possibilità di vedere le stelle la notte) comodo e ben arredato, un bagno accessoriato con ampia doccia, più due aree esterne, una veranda all’ingresso con barbecue e l’altra area per pranzare ammirando e ascoltando la natura. La bambina ha avuto ampi spazi esterni per giocare in sicurezza. Ci siamo regalati anche una partitina a tennis e lunghi bagni in piscina oltre alle uniche colazioni a bordo piscina. Insomma dopo una giornata di mare, il relax e le comodità sono garantite. Il villaggio è a due passi dalle spiagge più belle della Costa Smeralda ma allo stesso tempo lontana dal traffico intenso del litorale. Nella zona c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta per ristoranti e pizzerie a prezzi abbordabili oltre a diversi market. I gentilissimi Paola e Mario hanno reso unica questa vacanza indimenticabile grazie alla loro accoglienza e ai comfort della loro casa. Consigliato alle famiglie con bambini.
