- NOTICES & REQUIREMENTS -
*A separate, signed AGREEMENT between Siete Cascadas and guest will need to be signed prior to a guest stay. There will be no rental without this completed DocuSign agreement.
*Minimum age of primary renter is 28 years of age. A photo ID will be required in advance for the primary renter and a list including names and ages of all those staying at the home. Maximum overnight adult guests can not exceed 8. Toddlers (age 3 or less) are NOT counted toward paying guests. Maximum total guests including toddlers can not exceed 11.
*Sorry, Absolutely NO bachelor/bachelorette or other loud parties. No day events with more than 12 persons including listed renters. While neighbors are at a substantial distance, noise travels in this quiet and peaceful rural community.
*There is a separate cabin/workshop on the property where your Host/Concierge will be staying. This building is not available to renting guests.
*There are several BIG FRIENDLY DOGS on site at the cabin/workshop and contained in a fenced area. Occasionally they do get out and may bark and aggressively wag their tails. Please let the host know if you have a fear of large dogs.
*Every stay comes with your own onsite concierge! Feel free to ask more questions about how this works, but here's the gist of what's included:
- 24 hour availability for questions and needs via phone / email
- Concierge will help guests with entry, recommendations & general house questions; operating the oven, coffee machine, movie room, hot tub, etc…
- 1 grocery run at 1 store (HEB or Randall’s) before guests arrive to stock the house with desired items, cost of groceries is NOT included in the pricing, and shopping list will need to be provided by the guest and coordinated with concierge prior to stay.
- Help with procuring Ubers, car rental, chef services, etc!
