This is one of the best places I have ever stayed on VRBO. The house was stocked with everything and anything you could think of needing. Bob, the host, was so accommodating. The house was beautiful and the exterior was incredible! Would go back over and over.
The view from the patio and the sunsets were beautiful!

This property was wonderful! The house was lovely, clean, roomy, and very peaceful. The view, lot, lake access, and pool were amazing. The house offered so many extras, including very comfortable beds, it was like being at home and not in a rental. In addition, the owner was quick to respond to any messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend it!

One of the most beautiful vacation homes we have ever stayed in. We had the best time at this home. It was so well stocked, clean and comfortable! The outdoor patio is stunning with the spa and pool overlooking Lake Travis. We brought our boat and used the boat slip on property with ease. The stairs down to the boat house did not bother my family of 6, my youngest is 5 and did just fine. Having kids, we really appreciated the door alarms on the outside doors to the pool. Bob is an excellent host with great communication. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Home on Lake Travis!

Our family had such a wonderful experience and we are already discussing another visit next year. House is gorgeous! Has everything you can think of. Pool and hot tub were so inviting and we were able to enjoy the sunset over the lake each evening. This house is one of the nicest we have stayed in and has my highest recommendation.

Spring Break

Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived. The house had every amenity you could possibly think of. The views were spectacular, especially at sunset. All four of our children had tears in their eyes as we pulled out of the driveway on our last day. We would love to come back to this house for another family vacation.

Perfect home and location on Lake Travis

We (Two families of 4) were visiting the Austin area for the week and found this home on Lake Travis. This made for a fun week enjoying the lake and exploring Austin. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this home and the owner. Everything was seamless and communication was excellent! We will be back!!

This property was perfect for our group of 2 families (and a grandma!). It is a beautiful house with an amazing view…breathtaking. Sunset views are extraordinary, my favorite time of day! It is also the best appointed house we have ever stayed in. Anything you could possibly need is there…everything has been thought of! The house is very well taken care of, you really feel like you are staying at a friend’s house. Very comfortable! And the host is proactive and responsive, not that we had any issues. Probably the best VRBO we have rented thus far!

Ladies Lake Trip

There were nine of us in the group. The house had everything we could need. The kitchen was fully stocked. The seating inside and out was comfy and there were plenty of seats for all of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, ceiling fans were an added bonus. We enjoyed our few nights at the lake. With the lake being so low and the trek down to the dock, we opted to stay at the house and enjoy the pool.

If I could give infinite stars, I would! Perfect place and host!

My kids and wife are picky. To be honest, they're probably downright snobs. However, the stay here has been beyond our expectations.. The home is pristinely well kept. Every amenity one can think of is available. The view is spectacular. My daughters never left the hot tub. My son went down to the boat dock to chill. My wife and I cooked in the gourmet kitchen. And the host... Bob was available in a moments notice, not that anything was wrong. He just wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Which it was. There is no doubt in my mind we will be back to this exact house often.

Lakefront Paradise

This property is one of a kind and although in Austin, you feel more remote as it is nicely tucked away in the hills alongside the lake. So many highlights but a few that I think make this property stand out: -5 Star Quality and Location - As you sit in living room, or on patio you feel you are truly on a spectacular vacation -Cleanliness - Everything is so well appointed and clean. The owner quicky responds to any questions and has suggestions on restaurants, activities and getting time on a boat that picks you up at the dock onsite. -Kitchen (Indoor/Outdoor) very well appointed. Kitchen has all the spices, utensils, grilling, bakeware, tupperware to make some really nice home cooked meals so you can enjoy every minute on the property. -Property - VRBO pics are decent but the actual experience and views are event better! The pool is amazing and also has an "infinity" view straight to lake Thank you so much for sharing your bit of paradise with me and my family and we so look forward to coming back soon!

Simply Amazing

We took our family to Lake Travis for the week and ended up extending our stay! The house was absolutely amazing and stocked with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Property management was equally amazing… they even mailed us back my husband wedding ring, he forgot! Highly recommend this home!!!

Perfect Family Vacation

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and it was just as incredible this time around! We brought our four teens with us and everyone had the best time. The house is gorgeous, yet comfortable and functional. The pool has the best views and is such a great way to spend the day. We rented a boat and were able to use the dock, which made it that much more special. The hosts are so helpful and responsive, a pleasure to work with. Our absolutely favorite place to stay on Lake Travis! We will be back!

Stunning views in a perfect house for a family.

House is in great shape and furnishings are very comfortable! The property manager was excellent. 2 things I look for as a must have in rentals are house layout (rooms where early rising kids don’t wake up adults), house layout was great! Second thing is how well does everyone sleep. Beds were very comfortable in all rooms and bedrooms had window coverings! I do wish they provided pool towels, we did have to bring our own which was a first when renting a house with a pool on a lake. Not a big deal but for that nightly price I expect all basics covered. Be prepared for a long hike up a ton of stairs to get to the dock. Overall would definitely recommend!
