Beautiful completely remodeled bungalow featured on popular television show 'Flip That House'. Perfect location- 3 blocks to South Beach, town, and popular Kids Corner park. The home has 4 bedrooms, a den with TV, and 2 full bathrooms, including a euro-shower with 2 shower heads, and a soaking bath. Large sectional sofa and TV in family room. Gorgeous kitchen with high end appliances and built in breakfast nook. Linens and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Fenced-in backyard with large deck, fire pit, patio furniture, and gas grill.

Convenient location - within walking distance to the beach and to town. Older home, very clean and kitchen was well outfitted. Our family enjoyed sitting on the deck under the beautiful shade trees.

Especially loved walking distance to beach, downtown and playground. Unfortunately kids didn't make it this trip, but was also perfect for 3 adults

Perfect house

We love coming to South Haven and this spot was perfect for us. There were 6 adults and 2 children. The house was spacious, clean, and the perfect location. High chair and kids toys were there. Only a few blocks to town, park, and beach.

Beautiful Home Perfect Location!

Thank you for renting this beautiful home to us last week. It is just as wonderful as the description says. Unfortunately we did not have beach weather, but just relaxing at the house was delightful. This is our 3rd rental in South Haven and by far our favorite. We are looking forward to renting again next summer.

Cozy Beach Bungalow Cottage

Beach Bungalow Cottage was the perfect size for accommodating our two families - we had grandparents on the first floor and four children with parents on the second floor. There were very nice updates to the kitchen & bathrooms. Cottage was clean, beds were "comfy" and owners were very helpful! The back yard was great for the kids (ages 8 & under) and we enjoyed the fire pit for making s'mores a couple evenings during our stay.

Perfect!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house was in a great location and was extremely clean. It was well supplied with everything we needed to make our stay feel just like Home. Leah was fantastic to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. We have three small children and they loved it too! There were so many toys, books, and games that it felt just like Home for them too! We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect stay

Our family has booked several different properties in South Haven over the years, and we all agreed that this is our favorite property to date. Walking distance to Kids Corner and Blue Stair beach access, very short drive to town, perfect back patio and front porch for enjoying lazy mornings and evening breezes. Host was very communicative. Neighborhood was safe with friendly neighbors. Mature trees and landscaping on the property provided plenty of shade and a comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Small but nice, fenced backyard area for water and game play with the kids. House has lovely historic charm but updated amenities and, most importantly for my aging parents, comfortable beds!!! We will absolutely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Sweet home close to beach and town

Everything was clean, fresh, and already had pumpkins and seasonal decor which made it feel like we were staying at our friends house. Great walking to town and beach, easy to get to both south and north beach, we used the front and back porches, so many little spots to gather or have some alone time, kitchen for light cooking but was well stocked for more. Loved it.
