Arrival and departure on Friday during high season.
Treat yourself to a holiday on the Crozon Peninsula in sea view accommodation in a private and secure residence with parking. Duplex apartment on the 4th and last floor with elevator (until the 3rd).
Only 1 minute from the port, the shops of Morgat or the fine sandy beach, the location is ideal for a stay with your feet in the water.
On the 1st level: Large very bright living room (large flat screen TV) with dining table and east-facing balcony, equipped and fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, Tassimo) with access to a 2nd south-west facing balcony, washroom, bathroom (washing machine, dryer).
On the 2nd level: 1st bedroom with sea view (140 x 190 bed and dressing room), 2nd bedroom with sea view (160 x 200 bed), shower room with WC.
Internet access. Pets not allowed.

5 jours superbes.

Appartement grand et très bien équipé. Vue sur la baie exceptionnelle. Toutes commodités à portée de main. Cela a facilité notre découverte du Finistère et ses "pointes" somptueuses, propres à des balades inoubliables.

Great location. Near a lot of terrific coast line

Overall was very good. Having a lock box would make it easier for guests. Also getting in the shower is more difficult if you have challenging knees or hips. Having a grab bar would help a lot. View of water spectacular. Proximity to dramatic coastline excellent.

Très bel appartement sous-équipé

Une lampe de chevet pour 2 lits double = un propriétaire qui se moque de ses locataires et une agence de location qui ne fait pas son travail. Dommage parce que sinon l'appart est très bien.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage mit bezaubernder Aussicht

Das Apartment liegt im 4. Stock mit Aufzug. Dadurch hat man von den Balkonen aus einen Überblick über den Strand von Morgat. Es gibt einen schmalen größeren und einen schmalen kleineren Balkon zur Meerseite hin und einen auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, sodass das Appartment lichtdurchflutet ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeepadmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Es gibt 2 Bäder, eines unten mit Badewanne und separater Toilette und ein kleineres Bad oben mit Dusche. Oben befinden sich auch die beiden Schlafzimmer, eines mit 1,60 m breitem Bett ohne Schrank und eines mit 1,40 m breitem Bett mit Schrank. Für uns als Familie mit zwei fast jugendlichen Kindern war dieses Apartment genau richtig. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist es evtl. wegen der Treppe nicht so praktisch. Verbesserungswürdig finden wir den fehlenden Schrank in dem einen Schlafzimmer, die teilweise instabile WLAN-Verbindung und mangelnde Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Wäsche. Es gibt einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz in einem gesicherten Bereich - ideal zum Be- und Entladen des Gepäcks. In unmittelbarer Laufnähe zum Apartment befinden sich eine Bäckerei und zahlreiche Restaurants sowie einige Bekleidungs- und Souvenirläden. So ist es möglich, morgens bei der sehr nahe gelegenen Bäckerei frische Backwaren, warme Crèpes und frischen Kaffee zum Frühstück zu bekommen - entweder zum Mitnehmen in die Wohnung oder zum Essen vor Ort. Direkt unterhalb des Wohnhauses befindet sich eine Bar, die bis in die Nacht geöffnet hat - mit wechselndem Programm, sodass es bei besonderen Programmhighlights auch zu späterer Stunde noch etwas lauter ist. Wir würden dieses Apartment weiterempfehlen und auch jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
