Only 500 m from fantastic coastal landscapes and the beautiful sandy beach of Morgat, this modern holiday home, built in 2020, offers you a pleasant and comfortable setting for your Brittany holiday. The 450 square meter garden property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac above Morgat Bay. Depending on the time of day and the position of the sun, two differently oriented terrace areas invite you to relax, browse or enjoy pleasant meals outdoors. The sandy beach of Morgat, approx. 1,300 m long and approx. 350 m wide at low tide, slopes very gently into the sea and is therefore ideal for small children. There is a water sports center on the beach, as well as entertainment for children. The coastal area around Morgat is known for the rock formations and the grottos. Smaller ones are located to the north of the beach, on the border with Portzic Beach. You can easily reach them on foot - but only at low tide. However, the much more beautiful are the large caves. A visit is only possible by boat. Excursion boats depart daily from the harbor for the most beautiful caves. The most beautiful is the altar grotto, with an arch opening of over 10 meters.
