Completely renovated in spring 2025, this bright and welcoming condo sits on a private lane leading directly to the world-famous white sand beaches of Siesta Key — no roads to cross, no crowds to navigate. The complex is revitalizing its landscaping, and the beach itself is as stunning as ever.

LOCATION:
Jamaica Royale Condominiums sits directly on the Gulf of America along Siesta Key Beach — consistently rated one of the top 10 beaches in the world. There is a "free trolley" stop right outside the complex that makes it easy to explore the Key. Tennis courts and a large playground are less than half a mile away at Siesta Key Public Beach, and Siesta Key Village is just 1.3 miles from the property.

The private lane means no through traffic — ideal for families with young children. The beach is always a short stroll, and you'll never need to cross a busy road to get there.

GOOD TO KNOW:
Check-in is targeted for 3 PM. On request, an ozone generator can be run before your arrival to sanitize the unit — this adds roughly 2 hours to prep time. A unique digital entry code is created for each guest stay, so there are no keys to worry about losing at the beach.

This property was perfect for our family beach vacation. The condo is conveniently located and property is extremely well maintained. Rene's condo was the best! The location is fantastic and the pool by the beach was wonderful. Her condo was the cleanest we have stayed in on Siesta Key in 30 years. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were comfortable and the walk-in shower in the master bath was a definite upgrade. There were several "extras" waiting for us when we arrived and Rene was very helpful with any vacation questions we had before and during our trip. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect, as usual! This was my family's third stay at Rene's beautiful condo and we hope to return again. She really has thought of everything and fully stocked the condo with all the necessities and then some. We were happy to see that Jamaica Royale as a whole is in good shape after last year's storms, and were glad to see the lizards and bunnies are still around!

LOVED our stay in this condo for our family of 4! It was my husband, myself, 3 year old and 10 month old baby. It worked out perfectly! It had a Pack n Play, 2 strollers, step stools, beach toys/pool toys, a WAGON which was key to haul the kids and toys in to/from the beach. The PRIVATE beach was only 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed the swim pools, grill on-site, patio area with yard to play in. Kitchen and house were completely stocked with everything you need! Beds were extremely comfy! Bathrooms were amazing with a tub for kids and large shower for quick rinse offs. TV's in every room.Easy access to everything with the free Trolley rides and shuttles. No need to rent a car, we just took an Uber from the airport and got groceries/diapers delivered to the condo. Super easy and highly recommend if traveling with kids. Rene was the most amazing host, with constant communication and staged the condo for our stay with kiddos. She's super attentive to details and will make your stay enjoyable! Very appreciative of her! Thank you Rene! We hope to be back again in the future! :)

We had a great stay--the property was a quick walk to the beach and had a great pool right on the water. The unit itself was perfect for our family (me, my husband, and 2 small kids)--well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living room, great bathrooms, and very clean! Rene and her husband were awesome hosts. We loved the area as well, lots of restaurants etc. nearby. We would love to return!

I grew up in upstate New York 50 miles south of Rochester. My family and I moved to Sarasota in 2000 after living in various parts of Florida the past 20 years. One of the draws to Sarasota County was the Gulf of Mexico and the friendly locals. We have raised our two children here and enjoyed the beautiful environment that this area has provided for us. Our goal is to keep our two condominiums in our family and hand it down to our children to enjoy and vacation together with their children. Hopefully, future generations of our family will care for it and enjoy it long after we're gone.

Why they chose this property

I have owned in Jamaica Royale Condominiums since 2015. I have learned a lot about owning in a condominium complex and have come to appreciate this little community and become friendly with many owners. I have a large family who enjoys coming to Florida to visit. This second apartment will give me the opportunity to host more family and friends.

The location of this development North of the Intracoastal Bridge and within walking distance of the public Siesta Key Beach is ideal. This development is very close to Siesta Key Village, as well. The atmosphere of the village is very welcoming and safe. It's a little town on this little island with quaint restaurants and shops. It offers a relaxing atmosphere for out of town guests and those of us who live here in Sarasota.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property because the development had many amenities that families enjoy: not just one pool but three pools; beautiful tropical landscaping; a private beach area that isn't crowded all the time... We were tired of trying to park at the Siesta Key Public Beach and then carrying all of our beach equipment with small children. Now, we have this property to enjoy for many years to come.
