Luxury Guest Cottage in the ❤️ of Oxford! 1.4 miles to Oxford Historic Square and 2.4 miles to Ole Miss! Our property is conveniently located just down the street from Avent Park in a residential, family friendly neighborhood. It's close to all of your favorite sites and restaurants. Professionally decorated and comfortably furnished, it's complete with everything you need, including full gourmet kitchen, Keuring, full-sized coffee pot (coffee and fixings)and full sized washer and dryer. We offer luxury bedding including PineCone Hill and Peacock Alley for that luxury hotel feel. Guests are provided towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer. A great outdoor space with a canopy of lights is included as well to enjoy our nightly visits from neighborhood deer. We are located 1/2 mile from Avent Park, complete with wonderful playground equipment, walking trail, and Pickleball/Tennis courts. Come enjoy our quaint, charming town! Perfect for game/event weekends or business professionals seeking quiet, well-appointed stay. New hardscaping and landscaping add perfect sophistication to the cottage and welcomes you when you arrive. We offer monitored parking for 2 vehicles. Need me to stock the fridge prior to your arrival? No problem, I'm happy to offer complimentary concierge services to meet any of your needs! (no additional upcharge, just the cost of the items) "Arrive as guests, and leave as friends." Please note we have exterior motion-activated Ring floodlight with video monitoring for driveway and Cottage front door for added sense of security.

The hart cottage was an absolutely adorable and charming place. The host was amazing with communication and the warm welcome when we got there. The location was perfect so close to the Square. I would highly recommend.. I know we will be staying again.

We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage and hope to return on our next trip. It’s perfection! Spic-and-span clean, elegant, and ideally located in a beautiful neighborhood. With my husband’s mobility issues, the cottage had everything we need to a most comfortable stay: could drive to (and park) by the entrance, no steps, an easily accessible shower, and a king-size bed. And there couldn’t be more gracious and kind host. One of our most favorite stays, ever.

This definitely one of the nicest short term rentals I’ve stayed in. The hosts were so accommodating and the unit was everything as described and more. I’ve never had a host offer to grocery shop for me prior to arrival. They were just fabulous. For sure will stay here again when in Oxford.
