Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Ein kleines Reihenhaus, in der Nacht ruhig und etwas weit vom Zentrum. Ist gut, wenn ein Auto dabei ist. Für den Parkplatz ist bestens gesorgt.

Haus, Lage und Vermietung top. Strand nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Gut ausgerüstetes Haus mit effizienter Klimaanlage, was bei den andalusischen Temperaturen im Hochsommer sehr willkommen ist. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles zusammen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr schön und gepflegt. Es war genau so wie es beschrieben wurde, und genau das richtige für uns. Clean, location was ok but public transport was very good and bus stops were close by, beach was clean, Fernando the owner could not have done enough for us from sorting out baby items to loaning us his laptop to fix a problem we had. Big thumbs up for Fernando. I would definitely recommend this property

Das Haus entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und ist für eine Familie mit größeren Kindern ideal. Besonders gefielen uns die verschiedenen Freisitzmöglichkeiten sowie das sehr gut ausgerüstete Spielzimmer, so lässt sich auch mal ein Regentag gut überbrücken. Die Kommunikation mit Fernando klappte perfekt und alle Probleme konnten schnell gelöst werden.

We had a good holiday here for the last three weeks of Feb 19. The weather was fabulous.We were ten for two nights. The house can seat six comfortably. Max should be 8. The road is very noisy and hardly stops. Two of us fell down the stairs, stone cold sober, as they are very dangerous, one person was quite injured. Cafes and beach bars are within walking distance as are better beaches but children are not very safe on the road as there are no pavements. The kids loved the games room but the rooftop terrace holds maximum six and is not at all private. I have photos of the exterior and stairs but can’t attach them. The price was reasonable. The bus service to Malaga was very handy and good. The supermarket is very close and very good. The jacuzzi doesn’t work and there is no oven! Just a hob, microwave and charcoal barbecue. There were not enough mugs and wine glasses and you need to take or buy tea towels and loo roll. Angela the cleaner was lovely but we had to pay for laundry each week. We had a good holiday but won’t go back.

Not as expected!

Property advertised as being in Velez-Malaga, actually in a small place called 'Chilches', We chose this property on a few factors, partly on location, we thought main town was a 15 minute bus ride. (Velez-Malaga 40 minute bus journey & closes early)! We had to hire a Mini-Bus for the week, due to poor location. (Fernando telephoned a friend who wanted to charge us 885 Euro's for the week. I found Mini-Bus hire Company online - Marbsol, located in Malaga 237 Euro - fully comprehensive. Another selling point - Games Room, Pool Table, Cinema Screen & Xbox for 4 older children. Games/Cinema room down in the basement/garage. Dreadful, not how it looks on the images, Doesn't have pool table that is advertised, Fernando replaced that with table football & a small snooker table can be placed on top of table football (suitable. 3 to 8 year olds). Unable to watch movies, continually buffered, Xbox games, 2 games worked! Beach opposite property- Dreadful, very gritty sand & the sea waves, fierce & dangerous.(honestly the most dangerous current I have tried to swim in). Property was on a very busy road, outside had a foul smell due to the residential bins below. Television in main lounge had netflix installed, stopped working after a few days, Text Fernando using Whatsapp informing him of this, (he had read my message, yet did not reply) Text him stating what a dreadful experience, Fernando text back 'I am so sorry' Living area was quite nice (although stains on bed sheets on arrival) Sun Terrace was nice to sit on & have a glass of wine overlooking the Med! Would I recommend to a friend? - only if I didn't want them to be a friend any longer!

Overall the property tries to have what you need to enjoy your holiday

My overall experience of the holiday was disappointing, we arrived at the property just after midnight to find no water or refreshments had been left for our arrival, we was all desperate for a glass of cold water. I went to bed that night to find that the air conditioning in the master bedroom was not working, this led to a very uncomfortable night. First thing the next day I reported this to Fernando who didn’t seen suprised or even want to come and look which leads me to believe he was aware of the issue. We was left that day with no update and to encounter another hot sleepless night, with the door open which faces a very noisy busy road. It was only the next day after chasing Fernando up that we was left with a noisy portable air conditioning unit that required the door to left open for the filter. It was a relief to have cold air blowing but it was incredibly noisy and had to eventually be turned off during the night. We tried to make use of the advertised kayak and boat which turned out to be an inflatable dingy, unfortunately all of them had punctures and would go down after a while. Overall I’m sure the owners are trying to make the property an enjoyable, clean, comfortable place to stay on holiday, they just need to get a few things right, I have never wanted to get home and get back to my own bed so much so I could catch up on some sleep. I am not one for complaining, however when you haven’t had a family holiday for a few years and you have a large family to cater for, I carefully picked the property that would suit our needs and make it most enjoyable. Fernando has apologised and accepts his mistakes I just hope these issues have been resolved before the next people arrive. Unfortunately I left feeling tired and disappointed 😔

Amazing House - Great Host

The house is amazing - great amount of space - lots of different areas - extremely well equipped. We had 7 adults and a 3-year-old and never felt anything like cramped. The house overlooks the sea - has an ok beach opposite & nicer beaches nearby. A bar is pretty much outside (not noisy), a decent pizza place is 5-mins walk - other good places are a 5-minute drive or 20-ish minutes walk away. The supermarket is 10-mins away and well stocked. A car would be beneficial but we got by ok with the busses that proved pretty reliable. Fernando was an extremely helpful host - always on the end of the phone for the times we asked him advice. If you have a group of you looking for a great place with sea views you really cannot go wrong here.

The townhouse was everything we expected and more!

We had an amazing time at the beach house and Fernando was a wonderful host. The beach house was spotless, fully equipped and perfectly located on the beach. The bus station is steps away from the beach house, as is the super market and several restaurants. Our host, Fernando, was completely available to us and was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions. We want to come back next year, definitely! Great experience!!

Brilliant House by a brilliant host

We could not have asked for more from our host and the house itself Large enough for all 9 of us.The kitchen was very well equipped as was the outside area with bbq and seating area The washing machine came in very handy! The games room was a hit with both the kids and adults alike with a huge selection of Xbox games and movies In English! Our host really was fantastic and on our arrival gave us a throrough tour of the house,and it’s great that he only lives 2 doors down in case of any issues(of which we had none) Thank you so much we would definitely stay again
