This holiday home is located north of Vélez-Málaga, in the western part of the Málaga province. Its position in the hills ensures stunning views of the surrounding landscape, where fields of crops stretch for miles.

The house has two floors, the main living area being the welcoming open-plan living and dining room with a kitchen, all within a spacious yet cozy area. From here, you can access the two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bathrooms with showers. Upstairs, you'll find two more spacious bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms have two single beds each, one bedroom has one single bed and two double beds, and the other has one double bed and two single beds. The bedroom with the double bed also has an en-suite bathroom. The entire house has air conditioning (heating and cooling) so you can enjoy a comfortable stay no matter what season you choose to visit Andalusia.

The outdoor area features a spacious porch with plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying delicious meals and sharing joyful evenings with the whole family. The nearby barbecue allows you to prepare delectable dishes that will delight everyone. However, the real highlight is the private swimming pool and eight sun loungers where you can make the most of Andalusia's spectacular climate.

The house is accessed via a paved road, typical of the mountainous and rural areas where it is located, characteristic of southern Spain. The road is approximately 1 km long.
