The exterior invites you to enjoy the excellent climate of the Costa del Sol with its extensive outdoor areas. A highlight is the fenced private pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete tranquility, as well as a pleasant pergola and several corners throughout the estate with tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, shared meals, or long conversations surrounded by nature.

The main house retains the charm of traditional Andalusian architecture and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its living room, equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning, harmoniously integrates with a dining area framed by elegant brick arches and a fully equipped oak wood kitchen, creating an ideal space for group gatherings.

In this house, there are two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with two double beds, in addition to a bathroom with a shower.

The guest house provides an extra level of independence and privacy with its two additional bedrooms. One features two single beds and the other three single beds, both with their own en suite bathroom with shower.

The access road is a dirt track characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
