About this property

Villazo II Almáchar by Ruralidays

Holiday home located 4 km from the town of Almáchar, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

In addition to enjoying the advantages of being in the countryside, surrounded by almond trees, olive trees and a lot of peace, you can also make the most of the proximity to the beaches of the Eastern Costa del Sol, 14 km from Rincón de la Victoria, and 15 km from Torre del Mar beach.

The two-storey house is distributed as follows.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious dining/living room and a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a 2-people sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, there are the other five bedrooms, one with a double bed, three with two single beds each and a third with one single bed. On this floor, you will also have at your disposal a bathroom with a bathtub and beautiful terraces. On one of the terraces, you will be able to overlook the Axarquía and on the other, the Montes de Málaga.

The outdoor area is provided with a private pool and a barbecue.

Access to the house is fully paved.
