We offer an exclusive location overlooking the beautiful bay of Agia Pelagia where you can experience the island charm of the fishing boats below.
The panoramic views includes the islands of Dias and Zakinthos. Feel the breeze rustle through the bougainvillea and the palm trees as you watch the sunrise and the romantic, colorful sunsets into the Ionian Sea.
Our villas are located in the village of Svoronata, 10km south of the city and capitol of Argostoli. For those traveling by airplane, our villas are 1.6km away from the island airport and for those traveling by yacht or sailboat, docks are situated directly below the villas at the marina of Agia Pelagia.

Fantastic Stay

A beautiful villa 10 minutes from the airport. Nico who manages it was amazing, so friendly and so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The view is amazing, the villa was spotlessly clean and tidy and had everything we needed during our stay. We were so lucky to find it, and we will be back again.

Beautiful Location and Close to Airport and Beaches

Nico & Dimitri made sure our stay went perfectly! Getting around the island was very easy with the rental car we had from the Airport. Information about the property, island, taxis, and more were all neatly organized in a binder we received at check-in. Would definitely stay here again if I travel to Kefalonia!

What a wonderful villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are very grateful to Niko for being so warm and inviting. The villa is private, with a stunning pool and views and very close to great beaches and restaurants. It is fully air-conditioned with comfortable beds and everything you need for a great holiday.
