Le tiot gîte de la campagne

The Tiot Gîte de St Quentin Lamotte will offer you peace and relaxation close to the Bois de Cise, Tréport, Mers les Bains and the Baie de Somme. You will be located on a major axis between Picardy and Normandy for a relaxing or professional stay.
The beaches of Mers les Bains or Ault located 5km away are made up of pebbles at high tide and a magnificent stretch of sand at low tide. The beaches are monitored by the SNSM. All parking spaces are free in Mers-les-Bains, Ault and Saint Quentin Lamotte.

The 35 m² gîte, completely renovated in spring 2015, includes a living room with sofa, a master bedroom with a 140cm bed and a cot if necessary. Also available, an American kitchen, a bathroom with shower, separate WC. You will have at your disposal, television, household appliances (washer-dryer and dishwasher) as well as wifi. The cottage has good thermal and acoustic insulation, all radiators are new and inertial.
Bed linen and towels are included.
A deposit of 350 € will be requested as well as a deposit of 30 € for cleaning.

Logement très propre. Situé sur une route très fréquentée, c'est pas simple à repérer.

Il a plu donc pas de possibilité de profiter de la terrasse dommage qu'il n y a pas d'abris. Sur le plan géographique on est pas loin du treport, saint valery et d'autres endroits sympa. Le plus est la proximité de ces endroits.
