This super quiet 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, apartment, which is located in Little Havana, just 5 minutes walking from famous Calle Ocho, offers everything you need while you, your family & friends relax and enjoy Miami! Relax in cool and quiet living room, ideal for groups and families who would like to stay together, for few couples traveling together or business travelers where everyone wants to be at the same location but wants their own room at the same time.

12 min to Rickenbacker Causeway Beach, 2 min to the Calle Ocho Walk of Fame, 13 min to Miami Downtown, 19 min to the design district, 9 min to Coral Gables and even walking distance to dozens of restaurants, seriously there is just too many to list!

It has 4 full-size beds and 2 twin air mattresses.

Full-size laundry on-site (SHARED), high chair, and playpen are also available (no extra charge).

Parking for 2 large vehicles.

Virtually everything is new beds, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, lights, furniture, drapes, pillows, mattresses, sheets, etc.

There is a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, 55-inch Smart TV in one of the bedrooms, and 42 inch Smart TV in the other bedroom. All of them with other 150 channels available on Roku platform. You can connect your own computers or smart devices to the TVs so you can stream anything from your own devices (including your computer desktop). Super fast WiFi (350 Mbps) and guaranteed signal in every room.

Hurricane Season (from May 15 through November 30).

It is HIGHLY advised that all travelers get a Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance (CFAR coverage). You will be reimbursed between 50% and 75% prepaid, forfeited, and non-refundable trip costs, depending on the company you choose.

Disclosure: "The entire building is being monitored 24/7 with surveillance cameras. OUTSIDE ONLY (Parking, Main entrances, Outdoor gates, and Patio and/or Pool. It is a requirement of the host insurance, and as a bonus, it protects guests from any unforeseen circumstances.

Just to clarify this means ONLY OUTSIDE areas of the building. No surveillance of any kind is inside of the building. Host respects the guest's privacy and safety 100% and will do anything to protect it."

Beautiful and convenient

No problems, but the house is either a duplex or triplex and our neighbors didn't realize they had to share the common areas (back yard, grill, and laundry) with us. Little awkward walking to the back yard: need to check first if the neighbors are there or if their bedroom french doors are open.

Miami weekend

Over all it wasn’t terrible but definitely not an overly enjoyable experience either. Parking was a bit of an issue as the other people at the property had multiple people over throughout the weekend and also were extremely loud to stay next to. Upon entering the property it was quite warm and not much air moment, no fans or access to the thermostat are available here, after multiple messages we were told the thermostat is in another unit and basically what they have it at is what you have to deal with. The second day was too much to deal with it was near 80 outside and no air was on inside the property for hours. Just to sit in there was unenjoyable, sleeping was next to impossible without air….in Miami Florida. The house was clean and nice I was really hoping to have a great stay but I can’t say I did.

What kind of a land that responds to emergency messages next day. My children and suffered could not get inn till 2am and finally lwent to a hotel to pay and spend the night

Visiting daughter

The home is nice, an additional rest room in the front rental area would be nice. Also the ability to control the air conditioner would have been appreciated. Although to be fair, the area was under a heat advisory during our entire visit. Would love to rent the entire home.
