It has 1 queen size beds and 1 queen air mattress.

Hurricane Season (from May 15 through November 30).

It is HIGHLY advised that all travelers get a Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance (CFAR coverage). You will be reimbursed between 50% and 75% prepaid, forfeited, and non-refundable trip costs, depending on the company you choose.

Week stay

We had to buy our own toilet paper and trash bags. I feel like those things should just be apart of the Vrbo stay. The location is terrible due to people trying to kidnap you every time you walk outside. The check in was awful. Not the worst spot but beware. Over all the backyard was available to us while the other room was not rented and the host allowed us to use it. Best part of the trip. No hot water.

The property is located only 3.5 miles from downtown Miami - I was able to casually walk to the Miami harbor in about an hour via SW 2nd St. For those who don't walk, the Lyft and Uber fees are fairly low, and there is also inexpensive public transportation. There are great restaurants all around the property, as well as some nice smaller cafes.
