Mooi uitzicht op de kleine haven. Zeer rustig gelegen. Er was geen airco op de 9de verdieping maar die was niet nodig, er was genoeg verfrissende wind. Geen probleem om boodschappen te doen, er zijn genoeg winkels in de omgeving die gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken zijn. In het algemeen een aan te bevelen appartement.
