Immaculate, comfortable, modern apartment, 30 minutes walk from town centre, short walk to local bars, restaurants, and supermarket.
Set within beautiful landscaped Mediterranean gardens, 2 large communal pools with a separate children's pool area, and 2 communal BBQ areas.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and well equipped, modern, and comfortable.
The entrance to the first floor apartment is up 2 flights of steps, crossing a lower terrace area.
Walk into the stylish airconditioned lounge, dining area with open plan modern fitted kitchen.
From the living area walk out onto the covered terrace overlooking the gardens and pools, the perfect place to enjoy an al fresco meal
The two bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes, both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a family bathroom with shower.
There is plenty of roadside parking.
