This cabin is absolutely beautiful and perfect! Spacious yet cozy and a great dining table to enjoy a family style dinner at.
I will definitely consider staying here again should I return to the area snd it is available! Great hosts as well!
Beautiful Cabin! This was our second time staying, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The host is quick to respond and friendly. Thank you so much for the comfortable place for our youth group to stay.
Property is well maintained, clean, and stocked. Communication/instructions were great, and not excessive. Property was great for 2 families. We enjoyed our time in the mountains. God bless!
This beautiful cabin house was clean and had almost all the amenities of home and then some. We loved the entire house especially the back screened in porch and basement for family night games. The outside fire pit was great for campfires . We went hiking, boating at Bald Eaglr State Park , to caverns and to Hershey Park-we had a blast!
Very spacious, clean and beautiful cabin. It served our youth group and sponsors well for the weekend. The boys had the basement while the girls had the upstairs. Then everyone could visit in the living room and kitchen. And the owner/manager was on top of getting anything we needed!
It was so nice to have a clean, comfortable cabin with all of the linens and towels included. Even down to the details of soap, and shampoo in the showers and a ton of firewood available for the firepits at night. Great, great stay for a bunch of 45+ year old fly fisherman. Thanks very much. Also, Angie was great and responsive.
It's a place to get out in nature. No TV, but they do have Internet. They also were able to remotely adjust the thermostat so that we wouldn't be so cold. I loved the carved tables and log furniture. The sleeping up options were great too. The grill needs new burner covers.

Thanks David
We will check out the grill burner covers.
We stayed at the Bear Paw Lodge with three families and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, new and clean, plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved spending time in the finished basement. The adults loved having two fridges and three bathrooms. We spent most of our time inside playing board games, but the natural setting was a beautiful and quiet. We had a small issue with the heat, and the property manager responded and resolved the issue very quickly - we could not have asked for better service. We would all definitely stay here again.

Terribly HOT!!!
The house’s thermostat ran 75° and upward. The upstairs thermostat was in a locked case and downstairs required a PIN number to access, neither of which was provided. The property manager did notify via phone, hours prior to check-in, that there were issues with the homes heating/cooling system and HVAC workers were currently at the property. Attempts at contacting the manager were unsuccessful after arrival, as there is no cell service in that area. Very difficult to sleep, cook or enjoy our stay due to excessive temperatures within the home.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Due to the very remote area, there is no cell service on the property, but we have a land line phone and Wi-Fi in the cabin that you could have used to contact us if there was an issue. The HVAC workers had stopped in for a quick look at something and had nothing to do with the cooling system which was working fine. Apparently, the cooling system was turn off due to the cool nights we had prior to your stay. We did not know anything about this issue until we read your review. With a little bit of communication on your end this could easily have been resolved within minutes to make your stay more enjoyable.
Awesome cabin in the woods of PA. Perfect accommodations for my family and my sisters family. The outside fire pit was nice with unlimited firewood. The cabin was well kept with everything you need. Pool table and the corn hole set came in handy. The cabin had what we needed to cook the family dinner. Not a bad drive going to the Penn State game. No TV but didn't need it with all the games to play and sit around the fire having a great time. Just can't adjust the thermostat.
Our experience was unique, because when looking for a place we could not find, but seeing the photos of this cabin it met all our expectations, we want to return soon.
This is a blessed cabin!
It was an amazing 3 nights at the cabin. Very quiet and peaceful. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to the three bathrooms (very soft water 😀) and plenty of beds. The basement is fully finished and fun with the pool table and corn hole.
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your cabin! Sorry about leaving the dishes in the dishwasher- both my husband and I thought each other emptied it. :)
The place is beautiful. It is clean, well stocked, beautiful design and a real comfortable feeling. Questions were answered quickly and the whole process was great
We enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is clean and well maintained and the check in process went smoothly. The cabin has 4 realistically usable beds. So this cabin only sleeps 4-8, depending how many people share a bed. It isn’t practical for more than that.
Loved the cabin and area. Would have to say it was advertised as sleeping 10. It does not. Two adults can not fit into a full bed and no one would use the plastic bunk beds in the cinderblock cellar. That can't be considered a bedroom. So I'd say it sleeps 6 comfortably plus two sofas.
