There are 3 bedrooms each with double beds and 1 bedroom with a single over full bunk bed. There is a large living room with a gas fireplace. A large well equipped eat in kitchen and dining table that seats 8. The property is located near Bald Eagle State Forest, which provides opportunities for hunting, hiking, Dual Sport riding (prime ground for adventure riding) and some of the best mountain biking trails you could ask for. Rothrock Forest and Coopers Gap are also located nearby for more outdoor enjoyment. The house is just 15 minutes from famed fishing spots. Only 25 minutes to downtown State College, making this a quiet place to stay for any University events. There are also several local wineries to visit and antique shops to explore. We purchased this home in December 2020. The home has so much charm. We have been working on updating it to be able to share its charm with others.

Why they chose this property

The property is located in the Seven Mountains Region of Centre county. It is very peaceful here and located near lots of forest land for hiking, biking, hunting and fishing.

What makes this property unique

The house is just 4 miles off of Route 322 and 25 minutes from State College. In addition there is an attached 2 bedroom cottage if you need more space. See VRBO 2255864.
