The family apartment overlooks the village of Mollard located at 1360 m. The 64 m2 ground floor apartment is very sunny in the morning and warm with its large living room and its view of the Arves needles. The small condominium benefits from a lawn with sun loungers, and a large common room with table football and table tennis at the Garden Level. A parental bedroom with 1 double bed + a children's bedroom with 4 bunk beds. On the garden level: a very small independent bedroom with 3 bunk beds and sink. A large common game room with table tennis and table football, opens onto a lawn with sun loungers.

Il faudrait vraiment un coup de fraîcheur dans l appartement c est dommage avec cette vue magnifique et réorganisation de la cuisine car là c'est trop petit

Vétuste et sale
Quel dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas plus propre et en meilleur état !
Les points positifs :
- La vue depuis le salon est magnifique avec une baie vitrée incroyable,
- La salle commune de l'immeuble est chouette avec bibliothèque, jeux de société, baby-foot et 2 tables de ping-pong. Idéale avec des enfants,
- La situation de l'immeuble est parfaite, à proximité du ski et des commerces,
- La disposition de l'appartement est bonne, avec de l'espace.
Les points à améliorer :
- très sale : ménage pas fait, traversins jaunâtres, beaucoup de poussière...
- appartement ayant besoin d'une rénovation complète : peintures, chasse d'eau qui fonctionne mal, poignées absentes sur les placards, flexible de la douche qui fuit, barre pour serviettes de bain cassée...
Il était indiqué dans l'annonce qu'il y avait un garage fermé, mais ce n'est en fait pas le cas... Pas d'endroit où mettre les skis : ils ont fini sur le balcon de l'appartement.
La chambre située au sous-sol est particulièrement sale et vétuste et on a su à la fin du séjour qu'il y avait une clé pour la fermer (elle donne sur les communs)...
Un étendage et un détecteur de fumée n'auraient pas été du luxe, un peu plus de rangements non plus.
Au final, l'appartement a un beau potentiel, mais en attendant, ce n'est pas raisonnable de le louer en l'état.
