About this property

Mansion north of Montpellier

Charming 19th century residence located 25 minutes north of Montpellier near St Guilhem le Désert and Lac du Salagou with a beautiful view of the Hérault valley.
Former wine estate, situated in a large park with garden furniture and a secure 10x5m seasonal swimming pool with summer kitchen including a microwave and fridge.

The building has 2 floors:
- on the ground floor -> 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, an equipped kitchen with opening to the outside and barbecue, a bedroom (1m 60 bed), a bathroom with separate toilet.
- on the first floor -> 2 bedrooms (one with a 1.60m bed and another with two beds) and a large bathroom and toilet.
- on the second floor -> 3 bedrooms (2 with 1.40m beds, and another with two beds) and a bathroom and toilet.
Linens provided.
Fans in all bedrooms, cot.
Shops 5 minutes from the house (butcher, tobacco, bakery, cellars)

Many walks: Navacelles circus, canoes in the Hérault gorges, windsurfing boards on the Salagou, Pézenas (Molière) ...
Coastal beaches 35 minutes away
A75 motorway 10 minutes from the house.

Possibility to contact Laure, a resident of the village and former restaurateur who can cook up small dishes and also do the cleaning

Non smoking house, pets not allowed.

Super séjour !!
