Bathtub and air conditioning in the living room could be upgraded, but it is still a good choice (espacially if no one is sleeping in living room). Management was really helpful and were there to answer all of our request.

Great location! Beautiful property!

This condo was perfect for our needs! It's beautifully decorated, has AC, and is located just walking distance from food, coffee, convenience store, and the best snorkeling we did on Maui! Be sure to check out Charley Young Beach, and swim with turtles near the rocks on the north west end! The bedroom is quiet, even though the unit sits on the busy Kihei Drive. The AC unit in the bedroom is amazing because it doesn't turn off and on, which can wake you up. My baby and I slept in there very well! The curtains are nice and dark. My husband slept on the pull out couch in the living room--there it is a bit noisy due to the traffic and the AC unit that does turn off and on. The built in laundry was great to have, the kitchen had all we needed. The view from the lanai was nice, we enjoyed seeing the park and the sunset. Check in and out was easy. There's a farmers market just below on Thursday mornings. Definitely recommend!!

picture deceiving

A partial poor-quality remodel has been attempted. The place needs a deep cleaning. The cheap vinyl flooring in living room is breaking up. The trim around the entry door appears to have been chewed up by a dog and just painted over? The only seating in the living room is a small very uncomfortable sofa bed. The only storage in the bedroom is half of a small closet. The kitchen is very adequate with good appliances except for the toy size coffee maker and worn-out toaster. The bathroom is good but needs the original steel tub replaced. There is a Great view of the park and ocean from the lanai.
