Stunning Ocean View Condo

Enjoy fabulous unobstructed views of the ocean from this oceanfront, 5th floor one bedroom unit. The ocean is so close to this unit you can hear the waves crashing on the beach and the palms blowing in the trade winds. Enjoy whale watching from your lanai (balcony) in the winter months and watching the windsurfers and kite surfers during the breezy summer months.

A washer/dryer is located in the unit for your convenience as well as free WiFi and free long distance calling to Canada and the US. There is no Air conditioning in the unit, instead there are ceiling fans in every room and when the windows are open you'll get the cross breeze from the ocean.

Menehune Shores is a 6 story complex located in North Kihei. It is centrally located on Maui and close to many activities on the island. This complex is also home to an onsite restaurant or cook your own meal in either of the two BBQ areas. One is by the pool and the other is on the rooftop. During the day enjoy walking along the beach or lying by the pool. If you want to swim in the ocean visit the neighboring beach park that is protected by an ancient Hawaiian fishpond.

From the moment you arrive, you will relax and enjoy the incredible view.

Great condo in a great location!

Love this complex. Have stayed here a few times and I love the location, the fact it sits right on the beach, and it is a well kept complex. Lisa was GREAT to work with and I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at a great location

Best part of this rental is the location. Kihei is a good location with everything needed close by and good access across the island. But the best part is the direct ocean view and being high enough to truly enjoy it. The condo is a little dated but was clean and perfectly adequate for our stay. Didn't cook anything so the small kitchen didn't bother me and it did seem to have everything needed. A/C would have been nice but with the breeze we did fine without it even on the hotter days. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location

The sunrise and sunset views from the lanai were the highlight of my trip! Inside is fine and it was nice to have beach chairs. Condo complex is quiet and easy to get on the road for outings.

Perfect Maui Home

I want to start off with thanking Lisa for being an amazing host! She was always there when we needed her, very kind, and made our trip so much more. The home was beautiful, the location was perfect, great ocean views! I would recommend this home to anymore, but more over I would recommend staying at any of Lisa’s homes with how wonderful she is. Great Place

We LOVED our time here! We went out to the lanai quickly after arriving and within a minute saw 5+ whales! We spent several hours of our trip enjoying the lovely & private-feeling lanai with a fantastic view. Everything was well stocked with beach goodies aplenty (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, snorkel gear, etc.). We would recommend looking through everything when you arrive though as we didn't find the snorkel gear until our last night after renting fins for the week (oops!). The only complaint we had with this place (literally the only thing we didn't like and it sounds ridiculous) was the toilet paper... It was the cheapest one-ply toilet paper which was surprising as most of the public beach bathrooms had nicer toilet paper. Had we gone to the grocery store after check-in instead of before, we would have purchased better toilet paper for our stay. Other than that though, we loved this place and are looking forward to coming back!

We loved everything about this rental. The view, cleanliness, amenities from kitchen/laundry, extra bedding to beach equipment. Location is perfect for those looking to explore the island, local beaches, food trucks / restaurants. We were there in the fall during low tourism time. We had the pool to ourselves many times. The grounds were beautifully maintained. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

I couldn’t recommend this condo more. It is clean, the bed is comfortable and despite the fact it is in a large complex it is really quite homey and private. I also love the fact that there are cleaning supplies ie vaccum/broom to clean up after ourselves - sand happens!

The view is the main reason we booked, but we loved how quiet the building was, and the condo came with all the extras (beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, etc.) to make our trip all the more fabulous.

Anniversary trip

We spent 5 days in Maui for our 20th anniversary. This location was perfect for traveling to many different sites all around the island. The views from the lanai were amazing, and the condo contained all we needed during our stay. We would recommend to others.

Location, Location, Location

Wish we stayed here longer. It's located so close to the water and in a quiet part of Kihei. Loved our morning walks on the 2-mile beach adjacent to the property. Easy access to Kahalui for supplies at Walmart or Costco. The view from this 5th floor condo are amazing with beautiful sunsets. The pool is a bit small, but we didn't spend time there with so many amazing beaches close by. Can't go wrong with Menehune Shores!
