Sugar Beach Resort #PH-29 is a penthouse suite towered on the sixth floor and located on the front row, inner-end location of the complex. From the balcony, you are just a stones-throw away from the water. This direct ocean view is perfect for outdoor dinning, watching sunsets, or observing the whales in season! Sugar Beach Resort #PH-29 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo that can sleep up to 2 guests. The unit has a full kitchen, washer-dryer, central AC, and an oceanfront balcony. There is a cal king bed in the Primary bedroom. Unit has cable TV, stereo system, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Long distance calling to the US Mainland and Canada is included. The unit also comes equipped with basic beach equipment you will need to explore any of Maui's pristine beaches.
This condo fronts a long white sand beach called Sugar Beach which is perfect for long walks, sunsets and fun in the sun.
Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 48 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The place is perfect for two people. If you have smaller kids, I would say under teens, I would say two would work probably no more than one if there teens. Everything was clean the patio and view was amazing. Everything was well prepared for our arrival. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and well equipped property. The view could not be beat!!! The only negative is that the power went out for 8 hours on Friday and we have been without air conditioning since. No fault of the owner, the whole building is out!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for 7 nights at Sugar Beach PH29, and it felt like home. Excellent view of the beach, bay, Lanai, and Molokini Crater. We enjoyed walking along the beach to the nearby farmers market, picking up fresh fruit. We also enjoyed shave ice on the beach and had a lovely dessert from the nearby bake shop. The location cannot be beat, especially if you need a launching pad to check out the rest of the island. The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was impressively well stocked. Made cooking at the condo easier. The AC sensor at the lanai door was a little sensitive, and it took some trial and error to make sure the AC didn’t cut off. Otherwise, lovely time and we would definitely stay again!
