Beautiful Oceanfront #216 At Sugar Beach!

Our Maui home is a fully stocked non-smoking one bedroom condominium on the longest beach in the state of Hawaii. Listen to the gentle sound of the surf and watch the sun set from the chair on your private lanai. Walk the five miles of white sand beach and swim right outside your door. Sugar beach resort is on over three acres of oceanfront real-estate in the middle of a long sandy beach on Maui's south shore. It has all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay and its central island location makes it easy to experience all that Maui has to offer. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a large oceanfront pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gas BBQ's at the waters edge. Also on the property are Maui sights and treasures activities center, a restaurant with pub, licensed massage at massage Maui, and a large gift shop. This second floor unit is in the first stack of units and there is no wall blocking the view. Full ocean view in all directions from your lanai. Condo comes with a comfortable king mattress, 40" flat screen tv and blu-ray DVD player, free WIFI, central ac, washer and dryer, free parking, no resort fees, and a fully stocked kitchen and new linens. We love our bit of paradise and are delighted to share it with you.

We had a great stay!

This property is in an area away from the crowds and offers a quiet place to return after a day of adventure around the island. The beach is the best we saw for long walks and and the grounds on property are great for a long day of lounging by the sea.

The view from the condo is beautiful. Beach access and the pool are just steps away from the second floor unit. We walked 5 miles along the beach each day; it was not crowded and offered an even better view of the ocean. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Our host was very helpful too. We highly recommend this property!

This is a family adventure for us. My husband and myself along with my sister and husband and our mom and dad have been coming to sugar beach for over 30 years and we love it! We are all from the northwest corner of Washington and have been 'escaping' to the sun with our kids and family- we have even spent Christmas at Sugar Beach with the whole family. Finally we have a spot to call our own and are so delighted to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

Sugar Beach is a wonderful relaxed family friendly place on a perfect sandy beautiful beach. It is just how we wish to spend our days in the sun. Watching the whales from the lanai, swimming, beach walking , a good book in the lawn chairs on the ocean, dinner grilled at the oceanfront BBQ, and easy access to all that Maui has to offer. Sugar Beach is our little spot of heaven.
